Great time away For 3 nights. Lodge was immaculately clean, fantastic welcome gift and yummy cake! Fishing was also good, just wish there was some 3/4night deals for lily during the warmer months as we can’t afford a weeks stay during the holidays.

Lovely place to stay we stayed at lily lodge have several times lovely place and lady on reception is lovely

Love summers ponds, but did notice the lodge was looking a bit tired this year.broken flooring, cheap lumpy pillows, smelly toilets (drains?), broken toilet lid.Didn’t spoil our stay, but the lodge could do with a little refresh as paying a lot of money for it.

Couldn’t fault our stay at all Big spacious lodge, fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofas, dogs loved it with many places to walk including the dog meadow that you can hire for a small price Bedrooms all had comfy beds and the view every morning to wake up to was an added bonus and every pod or lodge had a real decorated Christmas tree which was a pleasant surprise We hosted NYE celebrations as we had others staying around the lake and had 17 in the lodge all having a great time - have booked again for next year Cafe food and service was A+ and if we didn’t want to cook you can order on Just Eat or Deliveroo and meet them at reception Great family stay can’t wait to go back

Lilly Lodge was fantastic. The fishing was great and we loved the lake views. All the staff are so friendly which makes a real difference. We can't wait to come back.

Everything was just lovely ,thank you. The lodge could benefit from a few more pieces of crockery and glasses - just 6 dinner plates and just 6 wine glasses so dishwasher was on a lot.

This was our 3rd visit here. From the minute we arrived we were looked after. The lodge was beautifully clean and we had a lovely cake, loaf of bread and fresh milk. Plenty of fluffy white towels. The kitchen contains everything you need. Bathrooms have soap and showers, the beds are comfortable, there’s games to play in the living room cabinet. The view over the lake is absolutely beautiful with a BBQ available to use. Every staff member smiles and is friendly and they are constantly maintaining the site to ensure it stays clean and tidy, there’s not one piece of rubbish on the floor. The enclosed dog areas are great and the woodland walks are so pretty. My husband and dad caught quite a few fish whilst conveniently fishing from the deck, they ranged from large bream, 12, 15, 17, 22lb carps and a stunning 19lb ghost carp. We will be back again really soon and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday.
