3rd visit to ribblesdale we love it, great lodge, lovely food in hindelinis, loads to see out and about can't wait to return.

We love walking around the estate and exploring. Feeding the deer through the fencing was a particular highlight for our 2-years old granddaughter. We have been visiting for around 7-years and already booked again twice next year. If you fancy an amazing, but tough walk, I highly recommend Ingleton Waterfalls, which is about a 30 mins drive.

The grounds and facilities are wonderful, the pool brilliant, the animals on site really make it special. All the staff we dealt with were engaging and helpful, and the food at Hindelinis was brilliant. The kids loved sitting in the outdoor area. If I had one bit of feedback, I would say the lodges need a bit more care /attention, our garden was not mowed for example and looked overgrown, and the Lodge blinds were low quality, would fall off when lowering, the decking needs treating and we had a Radiator top come off just from lifting a swim costume off it, I'd say it's still a 4* experience, the grounds and everything on site are wonderful and we would return.

Wonderful site, lovely lodges in a great setting. Perfect location to explore Lancashire and Yorkshire. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend Ribblesdale Park.

We loved it. We visited with our 3 year old grandson and had a fabulous time. We stayed in Malham and it could not have been better, it worked so well. The only disappointment was that the outside space was limited to use with a small child and we would have liked more usable garden space. We will be back with that as a request

Ribblesdale Park is our favourite place and we have just stayed for 12days our 7th visit. It's a beautiful peaceful place if you like a quiet relaxing holiday.I bring 3 dogs and the walks are stunning.The lodges are clean spacious and comfy.The tranquility and the wildlife around the park are amazing.

On walking in thought the lodge OK. Soon became apparent it hadn't been cleaned properly. Not dusted or vacuumed. Old sock under bed with springs very uncomfortable. My daughter had to decamp to the sofa every night. Broken knife and wine glass. Dirty hob and extractor. Drawers not vacuumed. Hair in both shower outlets stopping water draining. Our last night was election night. Had not used TV before so when we wanted it on found it would not work. Discovered next morning no aerial etc connected. We sharpened kitchen knives. Dirty dining table etc. Teflon lifting frim pans. Was clear about grievances at checkout. Followed up that evening with a detailed list of problems. Not had the courtesy of a reply. Appalling customer service. Surprisingly we can recommend the on site restaurant. Good quality and fresh food served.

Had a great stay at Ribblesdale. Had an initial problem , with the fact that another group , decided to move into our assigned accommodation as was where they had stayed previously and was in a sunnier location than where they were assigned. This lead to us having to go back to reception to get sorted and we were reassigned a new accommodation which was perfect. I think maybe in future , the accommodation should be locked and so to avoid this situation again. We found the site and accommodation perfect , great location with lots to do both on site and further afield.

Staff really helpful just a bit run off their feet

Location - it’s simply beautiful here you feel the family that own the vast, well kept grounds proudly welcome you in to their home, contrary to what others have said staff are around working hard cleaning, maintaining and looking after the livestock. Lodge - we are staying in Malham number 64 and it’s fantastic, I read people complaining about all sorts to do with the lodge for example it having absolutely no supplies of anything so I ordered a huge Tesco delivery for when we arrived to find the lodge had tea, coffee, milk, toilet roll, some cleaning supplies and even a bottle of white wine. It’s self catering of course you need to bring your own stuff with you. The lodge is large, clean, bright and airy with a very dog friendly space that I didn’t worry about our flighty rescue dog escaping from. The hot tub was great and the kitchen a good size with everything you need. Heard complaints about the internet we brought our fire stick and watched films and football all weekend no p
