Arrived at cottage, check in easy, cottage location perfect, surroundings neat tidy and park well kept.Hot tub nice and hot, good to have plenty of towels, cottage as it looked in the photos, a bit dusty in places but not terrible and prob exasperated by the log fire, bathroom clean etc. we had a fabulous time! Loved that it felt really spacious, beautiful character property in Deerpark lodge.Would certainly come back!

We stayed in Deerpark Cottage which was lovely. The cottage was spacious, comfy and next to the restaurantIt would be nice to have some extras included, salt and pepper, cleaning spray. Also mats near the front doorThe oven needs replacing as pictures are rubbing away and it also needs a deep cleanIf it wasn’t for the comments above, Ribblesdale would have got 5 stars the staff are really friendly and helpful. The grounds and walks are beautifulWe will be returning

Location and accommodation was amazing. Decor inside Deerpark cottage felt cosy and high quality. My only suggestions for improvement would be in the kitchen - the oven didn't work properly (dials had rubbed off and it couldn't sustain very high temperatures). In addition a new sponge and some kitchen spray would have been expected. Apart from that it was great.

I booked the Deerpark Cottage for a family get together before Christmas and we were very impressed with the cottage and its facilities. From arrival, staff were very helpful and the cottage itself old but beautiful. I took kitchen items just in case but didn't need them. Even had dishwasher and everything you could want. Enough glasses for every kind of drink !!! Bedrooms were very cosy and clean. The hot tub was a very welcome too. Lovely and hot and the rest of the family spent the Sunday afternoon watching football from it 👌 We booked Hindilinis for the Saturday night which was very nice, food was excellent. The only thing was it was a little cold in the conservatory but apart from that the entertainment was excellent and the bar staff and waitresses were very attentive and polite. We will definitely go back again.

Average at best I'm afraid. Lovely setting but the accommodation left a bit to be desired. On arrival, the "allocated" parking for our accommodation was taken. This was repeated all week and not once were we able to utilise the designated space. It's hardly surprising though as there are no signs to instruct driversSecondly, no keys were available for the accommodation so couldn't lock the doors. At about 1830 on arrival day one of the cleaning staff returned with a set that they had unfortunately taken home. No spare keys??The hot tub been cleaned and made ready. This process had used the outside tap which was left leaking. Notified to reception and they duly arranged repair. As the staff weren't sure where the stop-cock was they had a good look under the sink. Unfortunately, this knocked the U-bend off so when we washed up there was a nice amount of water leaking. Pool was freezing, heating not workingKitchen is very tired. Nearly an hour to heat oven to 165oC !

The bar/restaurant facilities were perfect and the swimming pool was well-maintained and staffed. In peak season, it would be great if the opening hours of the pool could be extended. The cottage had great proportions and the hot tub in the garden was perfect for relaxation. However, some of the finishes in the kitchen and the equipment provided could be further improved to match the standard of the rest of the accommodation.Staff were helpful and approachable throughout.Across the site facilities were clean and well-maintained.Lovely walks around the estate and walking distance to the village which has a small but well-stocked cafe/deli.A great location for rest, relaxation and good proximity to local attractions and shopping such as Skipton, Bolton Abbey and Clitheroe.

Stayed in deerpark cottage it was lovely but could do with a few touch ups. The garden was lovely and a nice area. Parking could sometimes be an issue we had an allocated parking area however it was never available as the owner kept theirs in there. Hot tub was not maintained as it stated it would which is a shame as it’s very nice. Staff was lovely and my little girl enjoyed her holiday!

We absolutely loved staying at Ribblesdale Park. Our cottage was beautiful with lots of home comforts. The gardens were maintained to a very high standard, and the staff were super friendly. The hot tub and onsite swimming pool were a firm favourite with the kids along with spotting the deer that wandered around the lodges. We took our dog with us who loved the circular walks around the park, and also the local walks and tea rooms around the Dales. We would highly recommend Ribblesdale and would love to return again. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful family holiday full of happy memories.
