Honest feedback only, we really loved the stay. Was nice to get back to the charm of the Ribble Valley.Three things I will say that were very disappointing; The settee was covered in dog hairs and grubby, we couldn't use the lounge area at all.The floor hasn't had a proper mop in god knows how long, why I know this, I forgot my sliders and walked around bare foot, the soles of my feet were literally black. And last thing, the bath was a bit grubby, not being rinsed out properly when it was last cleaned. My Mrs ran a bath and the water had bits in it and a few small flies.

Second visit to the site - stayed in a different lodge after an unavoidable change to original booking initially which was handled very well by the management. Lovely location, clean and quiet - great onsite restaurant / cafe / bar. Will be back

We found the location ideal for our interests, however,we were left completely bemused by the staff. We were booked into Sika lodge 60 but I received a text on our way from SouthWales to say it had a leak in the roof and would we consider a replacement. The e- mail says you will be compensated and receive a complimentary return stay at Sika In the future. We found this very generous but when it was not mentioned after a couple of days we asked the site manager Richard what was happening and had an employee overstepped her authority. He photographed the e-mail and said we would receive the difference between our original booking and the lodge we ended up in.Nothing of what was offered has happened or likely to. Our lodge No. 12 has a faulty hot tub and rotted unsafe decking both reported to maintenance but with no resultant action.

Lovely accommodation & location. It was our first trip with a new puppy and it was great. We were given extra towels for the pup and the outdoor hot water tap was brilliant especially after the wet muddy walks. Food in the restaurant was lovely and we were able to order take outs. The lodge was clean and so lovely. We have booked another stay already.

Sika is a beautiful property with a secluded garden and hot tub. The property inside was immaculate and had all the necessary equipment we needed for our stay. The site in general was very tidy and well presented with lovely walks from the door. We enjoyed several meals in the restaurant and were served by friendly staff. It was also lovely to have a spa treatment in the comfort of the lodge.

We stayed in a one bedroom lodge which was beautiful, everything was very clean and tidy on arrival and it was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The garden was enclosed and was very safe for our dog. The hot tub was very private and was attended to daily by a member of staff. We ate in the restaurant a few times and the food was delicious, the bar was fully stocked with everything you needed. We had a takeout one of the night and this was also very hot, freshly made and delicious. The outdoor pool is lovely and the walks around the estate were easy to get round and we say lots of wildlife whilst walking around. We enjoyed a very relaxing and peaceful few days and will definitely be back soon!

We were very satisfied with our lodge and the friendliness of the staff. Customer service in the restaurant was really good. Especially the lady that is getting married next year (didn't get her name). She was brilliant and always went above and beyond.A suggestion in ways to improve for us would be to just provide more little maps of the area. It took us quiet a while to find the river walk which you advertise and none of the staff knew where it was. Also the swimming pool was very well hidden, when we found it you needed a code to get in and it said nowhere that you needed it or what it was. These are just small things...overall had a lovely time in such beautiful location.

Me my wife and lively dog stayed for four nights. We enjoyed it tremendously. The accommodation is five star and met all of our needs. The lodge we chose was perfect for my over anxious pooch. A camp shop to sell absolute essentials only could have been one small gripe as the nearest shop is a good drive away and I would label the trails and walks more clearly as the grounds are amazing and did not disappoint. We will definitely be back if only to see the deer peering at us outside the lodge!

On arrival everything was perfectly clean and welcoming, the bed was made up and the hot tub was ready for use. Very large lodge with everything we needed including a coffee machine. Just a few minutes walk to the bar/restaurant where the staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals were lovely and reasonable prices and there were a good selection of drinks. Happy hour with 2 for 1 drinks was great too. It was great to be able to take our 2 dogs on this dog friendly park and we had a secure garden. Deer and peacocks wandered around the park and they were friendly too. Overall we had an amazing time and we will definitely be going back. Highly recommended
