The staff were all friendly and grounds were fabulous. We had our lunch in the pub on site and the food was amazing!Unfortunately, we expected having an enclosed garden space for our dog which was not the case but this was explained by the staff when we queried this. We also were informed we should have a box of items for our dog which we paid extra to accompany us, however this was not the case. We raised this with the staff and were informed this would be brought to our lodge, though this did not happen. Whilst, this did not ruin our stay, it was a shame especially after raising this with the staff.

We had a fabulous stay in a 1 bedroom lodge. Extremely well thought out. Everything we needed in the kitchen, jacuzzi bath, hot tub, four poster bed.Cannot fault the quality of the services - we also had a great meal at Hindelibis.Will definitely be returning

Lovely park environment. Better signage needed for clear walking routes. Cottage was perfect. Very clean, comfortable and stylish. Loved the bathroom. Would be easy to make the garden fully enclosed but it was fine for us. Didn't use the hot tub but great to have as an option. Patchy phone signal so couldn't contact the on-site phone number on the first night so lucky wasn't an emergency.On-site bar restaurant Hindelini's is great to have. Food good but sometimes slow customer service ie waiting to be seated for booked table to eat, but the only visible member of staff is behind the bar taking multiple drinks orders.

The lodge was clean & well equipped. Located in close proximity of the restaurant. We were pleased with the privacy of the garden & location of the hot tub.We walked on both days of our visit. There are lots of places to visit/walk within a short drive from the park.Staff in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful.Unfortunately our stay wasn't long enough to do everything we wanted, therefore we didn't spend time in the pool area.The only things I was a little disappointed with, that I had expected to be provided was bath robes & complimentary toiletries.The wifi wasn't great! We were not able to watch either of the two tv's in the lodge and the mobile phone signal was poor.All in all we had a nice relaxing 2 days & would probably return

Booking in process at site could be clearer and it was a bit chaotic with everyone arriving at the same time. Got a lodge closest to the main house which played music in the day so unnecessary noise but other than that, enjoyed our stay

The lodge we had was a chatterly lodge and was perfect for us. We took our puppy with us and had an enclosed garden that I was very relaxed about him playing in. He had all his first walks around the Ribblesdale parks and he loved it x Beautiful location. We took a drive to Windermere during our stay and the quaint little village called Settle.

It was a great relaxing break away. Had almost everything you needed to relax. the cabin was perfect, nicely decorated and kitchen had everything you needed to be self contained. It was clean (although the bin hadn’t been emptied from previous guest) and we generally had no issues. Check in was quick but only piece of feedback is that the reception being in the restaurant wasn’t obvious but that’s minor The park is great for walks, has animals and generally just lovely, village is close and surrounding towns aren’t far. The only thing that’s missing is a children’s park. We brought a toddler who loves a slide and a swing so had to go offsite for that. But we did enjoy our day and we would stay again

Had a lovely short break here. Lodge and hot tub excellent. Lots of wildlife visiting us at the lodge including peacocks and wild deer. There is a small outdoor pool in pleasant surroundings for a gentle dip, great for children as well as not too deep.The location is very peaceful but Clitheroe is a short drive away for any shopping including Booths and Sainsburys. Had tea at the on site restaurant Hindelinis and the food was very good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely return !

The Lodges are excellent, couldn't fault or improve them. Well equipped. Bright and clean. The restaurant was a little disappointing - aesthetically. Tables and chairs could do with a spruce up. Doesn't feel inviting. Looks more like a cafe.The staff were excellent, cheerful, friendly.The food was ok. Service from kitchen was speedy.Didn't have time to use the jacuzzi which was a shame.Be prepared to walk to the family orientated, small outdoor pool. Out of the way a bit - good and bad points. As a couple in our 60's we wouldn't use it. Be ready for Peacocks wandering around the grounds ... and running around the roof of the lodge 😜.

The park overall is a nice park nice views we stayed in cabin 45 which was leaking badly from the waste pipes we reported this on numerous occasions while there to be told someone will come to have a look amd nobody came this in turn spoilt our time there as with 2 dogs that cnt play around the cabin is no good. There are no signs on the park so we didn't know were to go or were to check in etc, bcos of the leaking pipework and lack of maintenance we would have to think twice before booking another stay there this is my honest review
