We love staying but found this time a little maintenance issue paving around the hot tub are loose .Bathroom floor tiles are cracked .Cleanliness : the dust on the tv stand you could see it hadn’t been touched you could write your name in it

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect! The lodge was great ,but also the garden was large and very private! We needed advise on one issue which was dealt with immediately. The park is amazing, the deer and peacocks wandering around made us smile. We even saw a peachick, a first for us! The restaurant were very accommodation to my dietary needs. There are lovely walks around the park. Definitely 10 out of 10 on all aspects!!!

Only an hour away from home, we had a lovely stay in the chatterley and we are looking forward to staying again later in the year. Only thing we would have changed would to have an enclosed garden for our dog. 🐶

This is the nicest place we have stayed, lovely lodge with a hot tub to relax in. Restaurant on site that serve nice food at a good price. We didn’t use the pool but this looked very nice for family’s.We will be taking our dog next time as they are allowed which makes this venue even better for a break

We visited for a couple of days following our wedding and couldn't fault it. Loved the lodge, the walks round site and the restaurant. The facilities were great and we loved the hot tub and hearing the peacocks. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast lunch and tea and it was lovely each time, and Jess (hope that's correct) was very welcoming and helpful. We didn't go far from site to be honest so can't comment on the surrounding areas but what we did see was perfect. Definitely worth it and we'll be back again!

We stayed in the park for two nights. Lovely restaurant, bar and outside area of the bar. Didn’t get a chance to view the pool. Lodge was amazing, very spacious, very clean and decorated really well. Would have been better if WiFi had reached the lodges and if TVs were smart TVs so guests could log in to their own apps. Only thing that let it down was the check in process. The queue to check in was massive. Took 40 mins to get to the front and when we got there, someone else had already been sent to our lodge. This meant we had to wait for a further 50 mins before they vacated and we could finally get in to the lodge. So our 4pm check in turned in to an almost 6pm check in :-(. We were apologised to profusely and were given a complementary meal in the restaurant but the process definitely needs improving, even without sending people to the wrong lodge.
