Had a lovely time with my family. The Ribblesdale team were very accommodating to our needs. The team have always been very welcoming and friendly. Small amount of constructive criticism on this stay would be that some of the bits and pieces that use each day such as windows and doors are a little worn out. We had a door handle that was broken rendering the door unusable and a window that didn't shut fully. I suppose it comes part and parcel with being used regularly but it would be nice to see the lodges get a little TLC. Love to see you guys incorporate some sort of EV charging or something along those lines. I would happily pay extra if it meant there was facility on site or at the accommodation. One additional small criticism and personal preference would be to consider doing something about smoking as couple of times I took my 8 month outside for his nap and our neighbours where outside smoking in addition it isn't ideal for my 4 year old playing outside or in the hot t

Lodge was nice and clean. No wifi at all so kids were bored and pool closed which we found very dissapointing. The hot tub was dirty on day 2 and smelled awful, to my knowledge nobody came out to check it or add any chemicals so we didn’t use it It’s a shame as we were really looking forward to our stay 😞

Stayed with my husband and friends in a 3 bed lodge. The lodge was beautiful. Really spacious. Well equipped. Lovely modern decor. Comfy furniture. Comfy beds and pillows. Gorgeous roll top back in our master suite. The only criticism was the hot tub. It was huge with was fantastic. However, most of the jets were faulty so it lacked the ferocious bubbling that a hot tub would usually offer. Also there was no temperature control. The water was definitely warm enough but it didn’t feel hot. We were really looking forward to the hot tub after the challenge of The 3 Peaks and we were somewhat underwhelmed. This wouldn’t stop us coming back. We had a great time but the hot tub definitely needed servicing or replacing.

Very disappointed with our lodge. It needed a really good clean everywhere. The hotub had a scum mark all the way round it apparently from people wearing fake tan!!! The beds needed new mattresses as they all had springs poking through. It's a shame the standard of the park isn't shown in the cabins. Someone had thrown all rubbish over our decking which was all just left amongst the wooded area probably the same people that had fake tan on in the hotub!!I've given a 3 overall because the park area was really nice but if it was on the cabin it would have been a 2

What a fantastic place! we booked a large 3 bed lodge with its own hot tub complete with large decked area and furniture, absolute bliss.the lodge was finished to a high standard and the kitchen had everything you needed for a long stay, having said that there is no need to cook because the on site bar and restaurant were great value for money, there was also the added bonus of the happy hour at the bar from 5pm.there is free wifi all around the site and the grounds are spectacular with plenty of wildlife and walking trails (if you're into walking)its a very relaxed and quiet place so definitely not for partying, its great for unwinding and listening to the silence.

This was my 1st time saying in a lodge as we usually do glamping. The lodge was amazing! spacious, clean and private. The hot tub was a bit hit for the children and adults also! We love the reindeers and peacocks roaming around the site. We will definitely be returning!

A nice stay but could be better with a few small things it is dog friendly but there is no off lead exercise area which a lot of places now have, there was nothing for the dogs in the lodge to welcome them, and no fenced in grass round the lodge for a wee in the night The lodge was okay, could be cleaner and the hot tube lid needs replacing Restaurant was great

Staff very friendly and helpful. Massive chocolate cake on the table on arrival for the wife. Spacious and relaxing. Only two issues:1) WiFi wasn’t working in the lodge or bar2) food stopped serving at 7. Tried to order a pizza at 8:30 but couldn’t and no real on site options for alternativesReally enjoyed the stay though

The lodge we stayed in was amazing, a great size and spotless. The hot tub was private outside and our stay was relaxing. The food in the restaurant was gorgeous. Staff friendly. A family member rang in advance as a surprise to arrange flowers to be in the lodge on arrival. A staff member from Ribblesdale Park created the most beautiful bouquet with pampas grass and other flowers that can be kept dried when the rest of the flowers died. Champagne was left in our room and a bunch of balloons for my partners birthday, nothing was too much trouble. We loved it here, thanks so much.
