Everything was excellent and we wish we had booked to stay longer. Our only suggestion would be some signs around the park, we got a bit lost trying to find some of the walks and facilities!

Clean and cosy with welcoming and friendly staff. Surrounded by nature and beautiful walks. Needs curtains in bedroom to block out the lights in the evening and sun in the mornings. Hot tub very disappointing as jets a waist of time, could of been slightly hotter also. Will definitely return but next time I'll make sure the hot tub is going to be better quality. My first visit I booked the nightly and the hot tub was 100% bliss. Restraunt food and cocktails 10/10 especially service and breakfast. Great accessibility for elderly and slightly disabled , could do with hand rail on stairs upto lodge. Lovely dog friendly stay.

This is our ninth year at Ribblesdale Park Lodges. Everything about it is brilliant from the great staff to the unbelievable cleanliness of the lodges. Each year we see a family of peacocks and this year we were lucky to see deer too.

The park was easy to find and I was very surprised at the “fuss free” checkin. My cabin was open with the hot tub pre-warmed. The lodge was spacious and well laid out and my family of 5 adults (and a dog) had plenty of space. I did think an instruction manual would have been helpful - i had trouble with the oven and set the fire alarm off 3 times. My 75 year old husband couldn't work the TV and and the WIFI was terrible - no good for my daughter who had to work whilst she was there. The water pressure was poor, so the feature claw footed bath was just an ornament - it would have taken a long long time to fill up. The unit could have done with some hooks to hang up towels and dressing gowns - there had obviously been some at a previous time. The hot tub was lovely and hot - but the jets were disappointingly poor - maintenance said it was “just an old tub”. The cover was also very heavy and difficult to get on and off (and had obviously seen better days).

Ideal for a family break, this was our first Christmas staying away from home and we loved it there’s lots to do around the area so easy to keep the kids entertained.

Sadly on this occasion we had an awful experience. Firstly the lodge had frozen pipes, so no water on arrival. This was down to the extreme weather, and was corrected after a few hours. The hot tub was not at temperature for the first evening! So wasted opportunity to enjoy on a short trip. Second day the heating stopped working after a pipe burst! Weather again and could not be helped, but when reported I was rudely spoken to about why I’ve only just reported it and hung up on by Gary the maintainer man. Who when arrived was still be rude and told me he was busy. This put my wife at an unease as he was banging around and being unfriendly. He did resolve the issue and apologised the next day with a free breakfast! Sadly this has ruined our perceptions of this site and ourselves, family and friends will no long visit the park. Very poor customer service

Hi we have stayed in lodge 43 fir the last two years .Theckettle being on the gas takes ages to boil and the sharp knives were far from sharp so need replacing .The internet hardly worked throughout the weekend and we have the main bathroom looked a little tired .The only other thing is a safety point ….when you come out of the lodge and tries right at night it is extremely dark and one of our friends fell over the bump in the road as she just didn’t see it .
