The staff on site and in the restaurant as always are helpful and the food is great the lodge was clean and well laid out the only disappointment was a lukewarm hot tub with a faulty lid which was supposed to be replaced. Considering that we are returning customers and we’re there for a week I was not happy.

The lodge was lovely and big it was a great place to celebrate a special birthday with friends. Some parts of the lodge could do with a little tlc (curtains) kitchen was big with everything you need, big fridge. An electric kettle would be better an the gas one. Hot tub was small lodge was to sleep six but I would say 4 max in hot tub. Again the hot tub was very old and some buttons didn’t work. all the staff were fab and the food at the restaurant was amazing. Swimming was great. Beautiful surroundings and wildlife, would definitely go back.

This accommodation is absolutely amazing and the lodge we stayed in was on par with the one we stayed in last year. This year we stopped off in the restaurant for Sunday lunch and wow that was absolutely amazing. The only downside to our stay was the shower we struggled to keep a consistent temperature and also the key to the lodge the clasp was so weak that several times came apart in our hand and managed to loose 2 of the 4 keys. Thankfully not the key to the front door.

"Lovely stay but not 5 star accommodation"

Mrs S Lister - Stayed with family, Apr 2022

We really enjoyed our stay at Ribblesdale Park, the surrounding area was gorgeous, we had deer and peacocks outside our lodge on a daily basis. The outdoor pool was amazing (although it was cold but it was April!) and restaurant food was delicious. However our lodge was very tired looking, there was a faint smell of dog and some of the fixtures and fittings needed upgrading. None of the doors on the kitchen units fitted properly and there were lots of marks on the settees. Having a hot tub was brilliant and we used it twice a day but only half of the lights in it worked (although that didn't really affect anything for us). We did really enjoy our stay but we wouldn't say that it was a 5 star Park.

We were very excited as the website had given us the impression that this was a very high end establishment and with the price we paid this is what we expected. However, the cabin was dated and dirty. Not ideal when you have a one year old wanting to put everything in her mouth. There were areas that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years and there were nothing luxury about any of it. Even the utensils in the kitchen had seen better days. There were dead flies all over the floor in the room we stayed in and food from previous holiday makers. I will not be returning and feel robbed.

After visiting numerous times over a ten year period this time I left a little disappointed. The park needs to decide if it’s a wedding venue or a relaxing park ! Two weddings on whilst there and I bet they loved it, partying till late then next to our lodge they came back at one and decided to continue to party till three or four in the morning on all three nights ! A security guard should be going round telling them to be quiet and warning them. Hinderlinis has gone down the pan was always a place I recommended but service shocking to be ignored for five mins at breakfast and even when I said hello out of annoyance to still be ignored - not acceptable! Such a shame a top rated park now losing its grasp of why it started out
