The lodge we stayed in was superb the hot tub was perfect lovely and warm. The lodge was very well equipped and stayed lovely and warm. The only slight issue was the pillows on the bed they were very uncomfortable too thick and hard very difficult to sleep on. The staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant was superb. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Fabulous place. Lodge had a couple of issues such as a leaky hottub and broken blind but they were dealt with quickly. Main door in lodge needs a blind as the office overlooks in and its all glass

However we do feel its looking a bit tired now, more so the kitchen units these are starting to peel. Also batteries for tv's Velux etc should be checked after every stay. No major big issue but Velux blinds didn't close and tv in bedroom wouldn't work. Like I said nothing major but you like everything to be perfect especially for the price you are paying. We are booked in to Deer cottage with the kids in May so can't wait.

We have stayed many times and love the ease and location of Ribblesdale and the welcome we receive. Staff are usually very helpful, efficient and on hand. The lodge whilst very nice is in need of a spruce up. No corkscrew much to my hubbys dismay on New Year’s Eve and no towels on arrival and the fridge and freezer was off. Hot tub was great and the bath area a delight and a lovely warm place to stay. A disappointment in Hindelinis as the elements of the menu we particularly wanted weren’t available and a rather snappy response from an obviously overworked staff member didn’t help our eve get off to a good start which was a shame. Mood changed after a short time and service improved. We still love it here but did not a few things to consider along the way.

We experienced very bad weather in our stay so we were disappointed that the lodge had no WIFI at all. We raised this 4 times with staff but we were just told it is intermittent (in fact it was none existent) and that there there is warnings about the bad WIFI on their site (we could not find that anywhere on the site). The sinks did not drain and there was a rusty screw sticking up out of the deck next to the hot tub, other than all that it was good

We stayed in the Chatterley lodge this time, first time and it was beautiful! Such a spacious lodge. The hot tub is at the back so if you go in on your own it’s a little lonely. The Wentworth lodges personally to us the hot tubs are better situated if your wanting to get in alone but just personal preference for us as a couple. We absolutely loved feeding the dear and seeing the peacocks so close up this time. It was loving walking around the grounds. Breakfast was amazing as always at Hindelinis on site. Staff are always so lovely and attentive. Happy new year and we will see you all again soon Sam & Tom

The park was absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were full of amazing wildlife such as peacocks and deer which would walk around not phased by us at all. Amazing place to stay.

The location and the site are faultless. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We stayed in No 40 which would have benefited from some TLC We did go to reception to upgrade after seeing the lodge but the lady dealing with complaints/issues had left for the day so we decided to “put up” with the issues with the lodge and get on with our break. Lodge clean and tidy but kitchen very dated, cracked tiles in bathroom, “tired “ furniture and curtains in lounge hanging off. Outside dirty around hot tub, old decking and hot tub cover left at rear of property and dirty uneven loose patio at rear which was dangerous
