The site is still maintained to extremely high standards and all the staff we encountered (check in, the cafe and groundsmen) were so friendly and helpful. Our lodge was spotless, warm and very spacious as was the hot tub and we loved seeing the deer and peacocks. Our only small niggle was that there was no mirror in the bedroom so hair drying/styling had to be done in the other bedroom. It wasn't a problem as we had no one using that room but it would have been a bit more awkward if there'd been more than the 2 of us. We had a wonderful 4 nights, very relaxed and will visit again. We can definitely recommend Ribblesdale Park.

Arriving at this amazing place you can’t help but feel you’re going to have a special stay. Check in was slick and professional. My lodge had real character and charm unlike so many homogenous lodges. You can tell the people who run this place really take a lot of care in the place. Gardens and drives are immaculate. The mature gardens and hedges give you so much privacy in your hot tub. Hindeinis is the icing on the cake. Literally! To have such quality food and drink offering in the park really made this the place top of my list for staycation family lodge stays. Wonderful. Can’t wait to return when the pool is open

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, very clean despite reading some unfair bad reviews. Very spacious, modern & decorated beautifully. We sat and fed the stag at breakfast one morning which was a lovely treat for us. Staff in the restaurant were friendly, dogs allowed inside which is the main thing we look for. My husband has suggested we come back annually - he never visits the same place twice as he likes to try new places so this is a huge compliment from him. Beautiful quiet location but many places within a short drive if you’d like to keep busy, we visited Blackpool, white scar cave and skipton in one weekend. 100% recommend

The development doesn’t seem to support recycling- no segregated bins for glass, cans, cardboard etc.

RESTAURANT WAS VERY NICE WITH WELCOMING STAFF AND THE FOOD VERY NICE TOO, GOOD CHOICE OF DRINKS ALSO. Nice break and would visit again. The hot tub unfortunately wasn't working properly so wasn't warm enough to use but these things happen.

This time we went for a smaller two bed lodge (Bronte) as the three bed (Moreland) was booked up. The lodge had a nice layout with two ensuites including under floor heating in the bathroom. It had plenty of storage, was ready on arrival and generally clean and tidy. It’s a quiet park and even though our lodge this time wasn’t as private as it was close to the car park and restaurant, it didn’t impact our stay too much. We also found having Hindelinis on site convenient and ate there a few times / met family and friends. There is definitely some room for improvement and I sincerely hope feedback is taken on board as this is marketed as luxury accommodation and it would be a shame for standards to slip: - The beds in the twin room were in a terrible state. Thankfully maintenance replaced these immediately with new beds when notified but I’m shocked these beds were even there. Whoever inspects / cleans the lodges must have seen these were not fit for purpose! - The lodge was missing some basics - oven trays, kitchen scissors etc - The sofas hadn’t been moved and should be cleaned under. They are very easy to move about on the floor so this should be done after each stay - Hindelinis need more staff, appreciate it was a busy period and staff were doing their best but on two occasions we had to ask for our drinks after food arrived Overall we had a good stay and hope to return!
