Welcome to Gisburne Park Estate, one of Lancashire’s finest private estates, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. A 1000 acres of picturesque Ribble Valley countryside, owned and managed by Amber and Guy Hindley and family. Nestled within the Estate is Ribblesdale Park, the North of England’s leading hot tub holiday destination. A collection of contemporary lodges, historic houses, cosy cottages or glorious glamping.
While every campsite in the country bursts at the seams, discover our exclusive glamping village of just 10 widely spaced, luxurious five metre bell tents. Nestled within a historic Grade 1 listed, 1000 acre private estate, each tent is fully furnished. Expect home from home comforts, with a double bed, king sized duvet and electric power, while outside a decked area contains table and chairs and your own fire pit. Our magical glamping site is perfect for couples, families, and group bookings.
Located in a magnificent 6 acre field under the shadows of our Grade 1 mansion house your luxury belle tent looks out onto miles of peace and quiet. A 5 min stroll up hill and you’ll be in the heart of the holiday village where you will find our onsite restaurant Hindelinis. A 5 min stroll in the opposite direction and you’re at our heated outdoor swimming pool.
Check in is located at Main Park, within Hindelinis, our on-site Bar & Restaurant. Once you have your allocation details, we will then direct you to our Glamping Village, and your designated pitch.
Included in your accommodation is 1 double bed including a sprung mattress, a king size duvet, pillows & pillowcases, 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels and a cosy blanket.
Kids are incredibly welcome at Ribblesdale. We provide camp beds but not bedding for kids. There are acres and acres of safe space for them to play in and explore.
Onsite you will see our quirky little shower shacks and toilets that are just a short distance away from your bell tent. These are individual cubicles / stalls for greater privacy and cleanliness.
We supply a small amount of wood for your fire pit, once used you can purchase more wood/kindling from the Texaco petrol station on the main road A59 (BB7 4ES) open 7am-8pm. Please note, we do not provide any fire lighting equipment and all fire pits must remain in the same position as found on arrival.
Your Bell tent comes fully fitted with 2 electrical plug sockets, you will find this at the base of the bed frame on the right hand side.

Lovely stay recently in the bell tents. Lovely surrounding areas to go on lovely walks and the outdoor pool was a hit with the kids. Main bar/restaurant on site was lovely also and the staff was very friendly. Only negative I would say was none of the “lav shaks” had any antibacterial gel in the dispensers and neither did the pool toilet. Nobody seemed to come and clean any of it over the weekend. They was however a sink at the end of the toilets to clean any of your pots & wash hands.

Lovely site, nice restaurant, pool lovely. We were glamping, wouldn’t return or recommend the glamping. This is because the tents smelt damp and were damp on arrival. The lights stay on all night, which lit up the whole tent. A wedding was on that day, the music was loud until 12am. There was one sink for washing hands, pots and teeth. Finally the toilets and showers were not checked/restocked with toilet roll at all. Would consider staying again but in a lodge next time

Tents were great, really good and spacious and set up well. Showers and toilets could be nicer. Decking outside tents showing signs of wear. Was a shame the swimming pool wasn’t open on the Monday of arrival as this was the nicest day. An option to drive on the site and drop stuff off would have been useful as I was alone with two kids but I understand why that might not be possible. A really nice break away with the kids. Hindelinis was also very nice to eat

Stayed here for two nights which is a stay we both enjoyed. Tents are comfortable however could do with something to put your clothes on. They are clean and adequate however I did have to ask for face towels which were not in the tent as advertised. I also had to ask for wood which was provided shortly after asking. The facilities are great and the restaurant is amazing. The food is very good and prices are reasonable. The swimming pool was a bonus and is heated. The only criticism I have is the check in process. It was very very odd. Queuing up at the bar leading into the restaurant waiting to be plucked out the queue to check in on any table that was free in sight. Then had to wait for a member of staff to follow in my car to go to site which caused carnage in the car park. A few other glampers I spoke to shared the same opinion and I do feel this is something that needs to be changed. Apart from that, staff were attentive and our experience was great! Would recommend and return

We had the most amazing time glamping as a family of 4 with a dog. The whole site is stunning. The facilities were so clean and all the little details around the site were such lovely touches. The outdoor heated pool was a huge hit with our boys. And eating our tea with deer and peacocks roaming around was such a fun experience! We have already been looking at returning - we hope to do so soon!

We stayed in a clamping tent which was nice. Proper toilets but doors didn’t shut properly. Showers were cold and no hot water in the sink. Sink was constantly blocked. No toilet roll left after 2 days so make sure you take your own! Didn’t see one person coming to check site where if they did they would see blocked sink.. no toilet roll etc..

I’ve never been glamping before & a storm hit on the day I arrived! Despite the weather I had a brilliant time. The tent was comfortable & I was cosy under my duvet at night. Everything was clean - the toilet and shower shacks were much better than I was anticipating. This is a very well looked after site.Tte grounds are beautiful & made for a lovely evening stroll. I booked Deb to do a massage in my tent & she was amazing. I ate in the restaurant twice and the food was exceptionally good. All the staff were friendly & I never felt awkward about asking for a table for 1.Thanks for making my guest glamping experience such a pleasurable one. It was just what I needed!

Had a lovely time staying in our tipi and on the estate. Tipi was clean, well furnished and facilities were also kept in really good condition. Great to see peacock(s) and wildlife on the estate too, and the firepit was a great addition on an evening! Did a VERY long walk on Saturday, and got back just in time to be able to use the pool. Pool could do with being open at least an hour or so before/after to allow guests to make use of it & also see other highlights/areas. Brilliant stay and would definitely recommend!
