Welcome to Gisburne Park Estate, one of Lancashire’s finest private estates, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. A 1000 acres of picturesque Ribble Valley countryside, owned and managed by Amber and Guy Hindley and family. Nestled within the Estate is Ribblesdale Park, the North of England’s leading hot tub holiday destination. A collection of contemporary lodges, historic houses, cosy cottages or glorious glamping.
The picturesque Riverside House sits on the banks of Stock Beck looking down towards the River Ribble. If you want to live in nature for a few days, listening to the water and watching the deer graze or kingfishers whizz by then this is about as perfect and romantic a location imaginable. Included in the house is a spacious master suite with dressing room & en-suite bathroom. The 2 additional bedrooms are a twin room and a double room. Downstairs boasts a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining room with seating for 8, 2 living rooms (each with TV) and a large conservatory that overlooks the river. There is a gas fire in each living room. Outside is a 4 man hot tub on a decked area with views down to the river. The house sits surrounded by mown lawn that feathers into the river and a large gravel parking area.
This is a one of a kind holiday house in a setting that will take your breath away. It occupies a whole valley with a river flowing through the middle, acres and acres of mown lawn and cliffs, bridges, and wildlife abound. If you want to spoil yourself and enjoy being at one with nature then this is the place for you.

Very friendly helpful member of staff who provided us with all the information we needed. We were taken to our “cottage”.. which was lit and warm and amazing. Hats off to housekeeping .. it was immaculate..with crisp white bedding and lovely white towels. We stayed at Riverside Cottage .. truly gorgeous. A dream for 4 days is all I can say. Ate at the on site restaurant and the food was excellent. All the staff are so friendly. The cottage is set in a secluded area .. perfect for us. Can’t wait to return.

Mr D Beckers - Stayed with family, Jan 2023
Needed breakfast stools in the kitchen, signal on tele not great. Windows infested with dead flys and ladybirds. Trying to get out of the big gate was a nightmare as sensors were not always picking the cars up. Needs lights for the back door.

We were utterly speechless as we drove over the bridge and glanced to the right and so the beautiful house, in stunning grounds with a lovely river running by it. The house itself just stunning. We were wandering around just saying how amazing it was. The beautiful conservatory was our favourite place. To sit in the tranquility and just watch the wildlife and listen to the river. Nobody needs to come to this part of the site so it is truly remote and great for a quiet break. We are a married couple that live apart due to work and this was just what we needed to be able to be in utter bliss and just be together. We also visited Hindelinis for drinks which was a nice change for the peace of the Riverside but still not overly busy. We did only sit outside due to nice weather so cannot comment on the actual restaurant. The location is superb. We had great walks each day all within 20/30 minutes drive away. We will be back.
