Offering a more comfortable experience than camping alone, our pods are perfect for romantic getaways.
Brand new for Summer 2023 our Daisy Glamping Pods are a couples haven and come fully furnished with everything you will need to stay cosy, whilst enjoying the backdrop of the idyllic surroundings of Quarry Walk Park. Enjoy your own en-suite bathroom with a Hydro Massage shower cubicle, kitchenette complete with crockery & cutlery, comfortable double bed. Marshmallows are an essential for your stay, as you kick back by the roaring outdoor fire pit by night time for a quintessential glamping break.
Your Daisy Glamping Pod is available for self-check-in between 3pm-midnight and check out time is 10am on the day of your departure. Each pod boasts many luxuries including a double bed with bedding included and an en-suite bathroom with hydro massage shower. Towels are available as an optional extra at the time of booking or please remember to bring your own.
Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchenette including crockery & cutlery, a dining table and chairs, a Freeview TV with DVD player and bluetooth speakers. WiFi is available on site (subject to charges)
A decking area and picnic bench are on hand for your use and a communal Fire pit & BBQ area with marshmallow trees helps add further character and fun to your stay. At Quarry Walk, we have both pet friendly and pet free pods available.

Not impressed with accommodation or surroundings. The Daisy glamping pod was so small and for the price was expensive. I have a shed bigger than this. The layout was so uncomfortable. The bathroom was the only decent thing about it. I did not like the area. Plenty of earth moving machinery. Felt more like a building site than a holiday site. The pods are too close to each other. We had children running around our pod playing. The walks available were OK. Noting to get excited about. It was like a wood with garden sheds. Sorry but not my cup of tea.

Great place to stay as is only 4 miles to Alton Towers.Friendly staff and a clean lodge, we enjoyed our stay so much we are already planning for next time.

We travelled with no car, taxi from Alton towers and taxi to Uttoxeter station all very easy. Location beautiful, secluded, stunning scenery. All staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean pod and surrounding area. We had everything we needed in kitchen bringing our own food. The most comfortable bed, duvet and pillows. Shower very nice with massage jets too. Helpful handbook in pod with useful information regarding walks and local pubs/places to eat. Saw some people ordering take aways, so that’s an option. Fire pits just outside and good for cooking on. We walked to the Raddle inn and had a delicious lunch, again beautiful scenery. Bridle Path and around Quarry Walk park also stunning. Thumbs up all round!

We had a lovely stay at quarry walk park in the daisy pods, the pods were really clean and accommodating, check in was quick and easy. Would definitely stay again.

This is the 4th time we've stayed at quarry walk park and the 2nd time we've stayed in one of the Daisy pods. We love the Site and the pods are great for a short break, unfortunately during are break there were some large family groups that had booked out multiple pods, some left dogs unattended for hours and the dog was barking constantly, others were shouting loudly outside late into the evening which was a shame. One night of our break a dog appeared around the fire pit, which wasn't staying in one of the pods, it scared a group of children but the owner was no where to be seen, another family shooed it off and it ran down the track. I appreciate all the above to some degree are out of the hands of the site owners, but it has put us off returning again, particularly to the pods.

My first time in a glamping pod and it was so cozy and had everything I needed. It’s the place to be to get away and have some peace. We even lit the campfire, which was just lovely. Can’t wait to come back!
