A collection of beautiful glamping pods, taking all the hassle away from camping. Our pods have everything you could need for a luxury glamping experience, including heating for a stay at any time of the year. Offering a more comfortable experience than camping alone, our pods are perfect for romantic getaways or just a break from the real world with friends and family.
Brand new for Summer 2023 our Daisy Plus Glamping Pods are perfect for families or groups of up to 6 and come fully furnished with everything you will need to stay cosy, whilst enjoying the backdrop of the idyllic surroundings of Quarry Walk Park. Enjoy your own en-suite bathroom with a Hydro Massage shower cubicle, kitchenette complete with crockery & cutlery. Marshmallows are an essential for your stay, as you kick back by the roaring outdoor fire pit by night time for a quintessential glamping break.
Your Daisy Plus Glamping Pod is available for self-check-in between 3pm-midnight and check out time is 10am on the day of your departure. Each pod boasts many luxuries including a double bed (bedding included), sofa bed and double bunk beds (bedding provided when booking for 3-6 people). An en-suite bathroom with hydro massage shower is built into your pod, and towels are available as an optional extra at the time of booking or please remember to bring your own.
Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchenette including crockery & cutlery, a dining table and chairs, a Freeview TV with DVD player and bluetooth speakers. WiFi is available on site (subject to charges)
A private decking area and picnic bench are on hand for your use and a communal Fire pit & BBQ area with marshmallow trees helps add further character and fun to your stay. At Quarry Walk, we have both pet friendly and pet free pods available.
Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the Staffordshire Moorlands, Quarry Walk is an ideal base for cycling, walking or just relaxing after visiting the nearby attractions including Alton Towers Resort, The Peak District National Park and The Potteries. Making Quarry Walk an ideal holiday location for people of all ages and interests. Within our 46 acre boundary there is plenty of woodland to explore allowing you to fully appreciate the surrounding scenery and abundance of wildlife.

We chose quarry walk because it was off grid and set in a perfect position to go and walk, away from the daily grind and reset and refresh. The cabin was perfect, clean and spacious, the weather wasn’t the best but we found great walks within 15 mins drive, Dimmingsdale is a great place to explore. Will be returning to explore more.

When we arrived the lady in reception/shop and the cleaner were helpful and friendly and the glamming pod is compact but so cosy and had everything we needed. My 6 and 2 year old absolutely loved the play area, toasting marshmallows and going on long walks. Reading some of the negative reviews I can see their point - the pods are close to each other, however this was a plus for us. Our eldest made a friend and I could watch them from in side of the pod and could easily keep an eye on her. The paths had a few pot holes, but again this was a plus for us as the puddles entertained the kids who loved jumping in every single one. We were going to try the local pub for food, but didn’t make it due to being exhausted. So we ordered take away and it was a good takeaway. I have not felt as relaxed and content in a long time. The kids wasn’t bothered about watching tv or having their pads. Are thinking about rebooking!

Really enjoyed our stay only came for one night but will be returning, would be nice to have some sign posts around just to guide you for long walks! But really enjoyed our time here

What a lovely little site, friendly staff, clean, quiet, secluded. We only stayed for one night and didn't want to leave but loved it. I do feel, in today's climate especially, it was a bit expensive and I would have loved to have had the bare minimum provided for us within that price. I.e. tea, milk, sugar, towels and small washing supplies for the shower. The minimum you would usually find when staying somewhere overnight. BUT, it was a really lovely place and even with my small criticism, we will definitely be returning. Our kids absolutely loved it and it was lovely to be outdoors and explore, making wonderful memories. Sorry for the criticism!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in an amazing glamping pod, and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. The highlight was the marshmallow tree – a hit with the kids who thoroughly enjoyed toasting marshmallows. The serene surroundings and connection with nature made for a peaceful retreat, contributing to a great night's sleep. The staff's friendliness added a welcoming touch, making the overall stay memorable. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

This was my second time at Quarry Walk and again fabulous! We stayed in a daisy glamping pod, which was clean and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable and bedding is of a high quality. Only thing may be an obstacle is the number of fire pits, for someone who doesn't want to mingle. Otherwise absolutely fantastic! Thank you

The camp site is general good. Details, items included, of each pods shall be clearly described. No home plug near TV so that we cannot connect the tv game. The worst thing is about the road. All are even and even worse during raining day.
