The kitchen comes equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave.

There is a dining area to the opposite side of the kitchen, which leads to an open-plan living area.

The dining space will easily sit a family of four and there is a comfortable lounge area to enjoy a board game or gather to watch some television.

Outside has an enclosed raised decking area complete with patio furniture.
