Our Wildflower Meadow Kabinas are located at The Hideaway, tucked away in a sheltered glade with open spaces to roam free & immerse yourself in nature. Relax, Revive and Restore whilst watching the wildlife from your own private hot tub - pure bliss!

This Wildflower Meadow Kabina sleeps up to three persons in a Super King-sized bed and single sofa bed. They are well equipped with everything you need for your ultimate lavish Baxby Manor escape! Luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen, super-soft towels, pots and pans, crockery, ethical toiletries and, naturally - your own secluded space in nature here at Baxby Manor!

You also have the option of choosing our cost-saving Carbon - Conscious Kabina when booking; bringing your own bedding and towels means a saving on laundry miles, water, and your pocket. It’s a win-win!

This Kabina comes equipped with a wet-room bathroom and a kitchenette with double hob, microwave oven/grill and fridge.

As a unique glamping accommodation, guests can make use of an exclusive air-source heating and air conditioning system. In your large private decking area, guests can access their own hot tub and fire-pit space.

We sell ‘Woodsure’ certified logs and bags of kindling, or you are welcome to bring your own. We do ask that you do NOT forage around the site as it is left to create and maintain our abundant wildlife habitats.

Our electricity is 100% Green and supplied via our on-site solar PV and battery storage facility. We ask all guests to recycle where possible and to divide up their glass, paper and plastics into our recycling hub! We only use Ecover, BioD and Splosh cleaning products to clean the facilities.

"Peaceful seclusion with the added benefit of on-site pizza hut for amazing food options!"

Really loved our stay at Baxby Manor. As we stayed in Nov it was very quiet which we loved. So nice to be away from the hustle and bustle but with amenities on site ....we took advantage of the pizza shack for pizza night and also breakfast sandwiches which were both fantastic. Also lovely pub in the village. Am sure we'll be back, maybe in the spring time when we can see more of the location. Everything you could possibly need in the Kabina (except a TV....which again was a very good thing for a change!)

"Great Expectations!"

Although we had booked into a Kabina,, our younger daughter and family stayed there whilst we joined our older daughter and family in Rufus's Roost. This was a total surprise and well above anything we were expecting. Welcoming, warm [we stayed mid November], helpful staff and a well equipped kitchen. The children loved the "surprise" down the slide and it kept them happy during the early evening dark. We enjoyed exploring nearby Sutton Bank to see the White Horse, with the gliders taken off over head and the Plum and Partridge supplied a lovely Sunday lunch for 18, as we met up with friends to celebrate two birthdays. Waking up to such spectacular views and seeing so many stars by night was the icing on the cake. Thank you and Good Luck

My wife and I went to Baxby Manor as part of our honeymoon the peace and tranquility it brought after such a busy day was fantastic. Although we only stayed 2 nights, it was everything we wanted and needed. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the hot tub was amazing and the addition of the fire pit really added to our experience. Neither of us are particularly "outdoorsy" people, but we would love to come back to Baxby because it gets you away from everything. The calm still nights were a definite bonus and although only there for a short time, is a place I'll remember for a long time to come. The staff were also extremely friendly and accommodating, which is always nice to see and helps make you feel welcome.

It's such a pretty & peaceful place to be and the surrounding area is perfect for exploring. We stayed in a Kabina which was gorgeous, cosy and clean with all the equipment you need. The other camping options looked lovely too and the on site facilities were good. We tried the pizza shack which I would recommend (not just pizza - fries and breakfasts too). I would recommend this campsite, we will definitely come back.

We had pizza one evening and breakfast sandwiches the next morning, both were delicious. We will definitely book again.

"Great modern cabin in a lovely setting"

Mr C Brown - Stayed with family, Aug 2023

We stayed in a Kabina and were generally very happy. It's a beautiful setting and the fire pit and hot tub were great. The Pizza Shack food is really good and there's a very handy shop which sells snacks and locally brewed beer and cider.

The site is fantastic, we stayed in the Kabinas - utter luxury glamping. We spent two nights and three days in the area. Everything works well in the Kabinas, small and perfectly formed kitchen, wonderful shower and bathroom, tastefully designed and all the mod cons. Fresh Pizzas and Mexican available on site from a Tuesday. Plum and Partridge pub is in walking distance and fabulous (but it doesn't open on a Mon and Tues). There's an Alpaca farm down the road if you fancy taking them for a walk, we flew a glider next door at Baxby Airsports, we went paddle boarding in Richmond, Turkish Baths and Betty's in Harrogate, a stroll round York for some shopping, watched a film at York Imax and popped for a Black Sheep tour in Masham. Or just chill onsite in the hot tub, and lay relaxing in the Kabina with incredible views of the camp site, make a fire and play board games!

We had the most wonderful weekend in one of the Kabina's celebrating our wedding anniversary. It was the perfect venue. Peace and tranquility. The hot tub was amazing, sat underneath the stars listening to the wild life and relaxing. Barney was a wonderful host and made it so special. We had pizza on the first night from the pizza shack. Delicious! Treated ourself to breakfast the next morning. Matt makes a mean coffee!! Sat in the sunshine before a lovely long walk in the countryside. The perfect weekend. We will definitely be booking to go back.
