This off-grid retreat offers a unique escape into nature, surrounded by wildlife and captivating landscapes, with the world-famous Jurassic Coast just a short drive away.

Proudly standing in a 4-acre field, guests are invited to immerse themselves in the tranquillity of its surroundings. The cabin's pièce de résistance is a vast stargazing window positioned above a sumptuous king-sized bed, providing an unparalleled view of the celestial wonders above. A vintage roll-top bath graces the private deck, offering an idyllic spot for relaxation and immersion in the natural beauty that envelops this haven.

Equipped for a comfortable stay, the cabin features a fully functional kitchenette with hot running water, a fridge, and a gas hob. The king-sized bed, beneath a skylight window fitted with a blackout curtain, ensures that guests can catch glimpses of shooting stars from the warmth and comfort of their sleeping quarters. The spacious en-suite shower room boasts a walk-in shower and a vanity unit with a sink, while a compost loo adds to the cabin's eco-friendly charm.

During colder months, a wood-burning stove becomes the heart of Ursa, providing warmth and ambiance. A supplied basket of logs, kindling, and fire lighters ensures a cozy atmosphere, while additional fire packs are available for purchase. The living-eating space, complete with a comfortable sofa and a table for two, opens onto a large private deck through French windows, offering panoramic views of the surrounding beauty.

The private deck is a haven in itself, featuring a dining area and, down on the grass, a seating area with a fire pit and BBQ, perfect for cooking under the stars. The deck also hosts a refurbished roll-top bath with hot running water, providing an opportunity for a luxurious soak beneath the night sky.

Ursa prides itself on being entirely off-grid, powered by solar energy and utilising LPG gas for cooking and hot water. While 4G connectivity is available for most mobile networks, the intentional absence of Wi-Fi encourages guests to disconnect and embrace the tranquillity. A USB charging point is available for essential device recharging.
