We have been staying here for the last 3 years as a base for Alton Towers, and already looking to sort a return next year. After a full day of rides it’s a great quiet place to relax. This year we stayed in the Daisy Plus pods. Great space and facilities. Make sure you get the fire marshmallow kit kids love it every time. The beds are super comfy too. Can’t wait to come back next year!

We stayed as a family of four with a 5&6 year old for two nights. My kids were very excited about toasting marshmallows which was a definite highlight. We stayed for the proximity to Alton Towers which was only a few miles away. Beautiful surroundings, peaceful and even had a park. Lovely clean pod with everything you could need for stay. Will definitely return when we visit Alton Towers again! Would love to have stayed longer.

Nice, quiet location. Couple with dogs. Big, communal BBQ that I used every day. However, cleaning standards should be higher. There were a lot of areas that weren't cleaned (shower, under the beds or behind folded table). My wife spent good hour cleaning the property the way we like before we started unpacking. Having said that, stay was enjoyable. Within 30mins drive there were enough places to drive to for long walks. We would come back or recommend.

Loved the walks, scenery, squirrels 🐿️ and down time with my family

Beautiful environment, cabins were absolutely spotless with everything you could need. Phone signal didn't work so was a welcomed change with teenagers to interact in nature, play games and explore the surrounding countryside. Recommended to friends and family and would definitely return again. Loved the fire pits and outside seating provided.

Overall we.loved the pod experience.Highlights were the fire pit, the walk round the site and lack of WiFi. The pod was a perfect size for grandparents, daughter and grandaughter. We went to Alton Towers We enjoyed the drive down the country lanes. We had booked with a woucher which stated that the cabin which was for upto 6 people came with a towel pack. We assumed that a towel pack would cover the amount of people staying which was 4. We were only given towels for 2 people and when Irequested another pack I was told I would have to pay extra - very poor customer relations. The kitchen had everything we needed except it only had one relatively small.scaucepan and a tiny frying pan. Luckily we had brought towels and cooking equipment with us

This is the second time we have stayed. Beds are comfortable but cooking facilities are lacking. 2 hob and a small fridge so with 2 younger children quite hard to cook a meal. We stayed for 3 nights and we enjoyed it. WiFi was awful even after buying it which cost extra.
