This time we stayed in the daisy pods plus, we wanted the extra space and better bed for my Son, it was the right decision. Rather than the click clack bed in the normal size pods everyone has a proper bed to sleep in. The bunk beds are huge and loads of space. The head height between beds mean you don’t bump your head either when getting out of bed. Would still prefer a bigger fridge but as long as you know this you can work around the food you bring with you. We stay here to go to Alton Towers as it’s only a short drive away. Close to Cheadle for some nice shops, restaurants and an Asda or Morrisons to get supplies. We will be back

We went for a night away for my son’s birthday. We payed £10 for the wifi, and the smart tv wasn’t working and wouldn’t connect to the internet. We had an engineer out who spent nearly half an hour sorting it out but it still wouldn’t work which was disappointing as we’d planned to have a movie night for his birthday! He then suggested going to the shop to get a dvd. When we got to the shop the shop was closed so we couldn’t. We also had a shower in the evening to which the shower head wasn’t working, and the ‘massage shower’ did not live up to what it was meant to be as the jets weren’t working either. Regret wasting our money on WiFi for it not to work.We also went to have a drink and all of the cups were dirty and stained. Very disappointing as we hoped for a good weekend for my son’s birthday.

Beautiful locationImmaculate daisy glamping podVery spaciousComfy bedsPerfect evenings at the firepitOnly negatives: not enough accessories, could have done with a spare bin bag, toilet roll etc No tea/coffee available in the pod. Would have been nice to supply a couple of sachets for our stay.

We stayed for o e night as we had booked the polar express at churnet valley. The kids and adults all loved our accommodation. It was very clean and lots of room. We had a problem with the TV bit staff came to fix it straight away and were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again

This is our second stay at Quarry Walk Park. It is set in a beautiful area and we really enjoy using the fire pits to have communal dinner with friends. The Plus Glamping Pods are big and lovely and warm, considering our stay was mid-November. There are a few points thought that, if addressed, would have made the stay much better:1. Providing a basics pack - milk/tea/coffee/sugar. On the Holidays Extras section of the website you can book luxury items, but it would be so helpful to have a basics pack available. Especially when you have had a long drive, and just want a cup of tea! We always arrive late at night when the shop is closed.2. Checking bathroom facilities: Our bathroom door didn't lock and the showerheads are in dire need of a descaling, water was shooting out at all angles!3: Checking guest requests. I requested 3 days of WIFI, but the code I had with my keys only provided 24 hours.

We stayed here for 1 night and we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation and the cleanliness. The only thin that I would say could do with improvement is the wifi, we paid for 1 day, however at several points it stopped working, not a big deal but needs to be mentioned.

We already sent a report/complaint to your team with our thoughts and feedback and are still waiting on a resolution to be returned, as the response we originally received was inadequate and unprofessional. We had a booking, we turned up and our lodge was flooded inside and out, no one called us in advance to let us know this was the case, despite nearby lodges having reported it to the staff. After being stood out in a storm with all our belongings struggling to get through to the team to provide us with somewhere to go, the team member who was there told us 'well were fully booked'. Eventually we ended up being given somewhere to say. However the new location had no bedding and was not ready for guest arrival. We explained we had pre-purchased a fire kit which when asked if this could be provided in the new lodge, we were told by the member of staff she 'didn't have time.' Booking of 5 people, visiting 21st-22nd September, booking reference- 8271322

We stayed here as a base while visiting family and stayed in a Daisy Plus pod, it was very clean and just the right amount of space that we needed (2 adults and 2 children). The Daisy pods are grouped together but you still feel like you have your own space, the fact that it was just us and one other family might have helped with how quiet it felt. 😊The room had everything we needed, the only small suggestion I would make is that the shop opens a bit late (9am) if you find you need emergency supplies (like milk for your coffee) and this would be a great opportunity to supply local produce ie milk, butter etc from Daltons Dairy or The Staffordshire Oatcake Company items. We would definitely stay here again next time we're up.

The way the glamping site is set up looks great, exciting and honestly could’ve been such a great experience. The biggest let down was the housekeeping. The daisy plus pod we stayed (perfect set up) but was unclean in so many areas. There were way too many issues coming up one after another. I’ve shared all pictures with the property. They said I should’ve reported it during my stay. I’d arrived quite late (exhausted from travelling & Alton Towers) the least I expected was a clean space for me and my children, wasn’t too much to ask. Hopefully they improve their house keeping.
