Accepted The main bedroom at one end of the cottage is suitable for two adults, it has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a pair of small beds suitable for two children under 12 years of age. The bedrooms are cheerful and bright with brass bedsteads and lots of colourful pictures. The shower room is modern and spacious.

The open plan kitchen and living space has a wood burning stove, comfy sofas, cheerful rugs, mirrors and pictures set against colourful walls. It has all the mod cons -central heating, TV/DVD player, WiFi (rural speed!), coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, double oven and fridge/freezer etc. There are board games, DVDs and plenty of books to borrow during your holiday and an old piano too if you fancy a sing-song although it is not very well tuned!

Access to the fenced terrace garden and private wood fired hot tub is through the children's bedroom or from outside via a wooden gate. The cottage views are mostly towards farm barns, new apple orchard and farmland scattered with a menagerie of animals. The wood burning hot tub is an optional extra, you need to book this direct with the owners.

The holiday cottage is child, toddler and baby friendly. There are children's books and DVDS, we also provide children's crockery and cutlery and a basket of toys. There is space for a single travel cot in either bedroom. Please note children over the age of 1 count towards the occupancy. Please note the children's bedroom is not suitable for anyone over the age of 12 as the beds are designed for small children.

Children's play areas and the farm shop are located over near the glamping site. There's parking for one car close to the cottage.

- The cottage sleeps 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age

- The hot tub is an optional extra, it can be hired direct with the owner

- Eco friendly with heating via a bio mass boiler, and electrics via solar panels

- The Cottage is not dog or pet friendly (we have dog friendly safari lodges on the farm, please choose one of them if you have a dog)

- We will ask you the names of guest who are staying when we receive your booking as we're required to keep those for insurance purposes.
