We had such a great stay in Hidden Valley. The accommodation (mini Lodge without toilet) was perfect for thw 4 of us. They are close to the toilets which are always being cleaned. Playgrounds are brilliant and all the activities were excellent and well run. The watermark was the highlight of our trip. We'll definitely be back.

Aqua Park was the best. Lots of other great activities - we didn't even get to do everything. Facilities are great, toilets are constantly being cleaned.Have more of the maps available - we got 1 at checkin, lost it, and then never saw another one to pick up anywhere again.Better signage needed that there are waste bins, bbq disposal etc. and where to find them.Would be great if shop had reception sold some bbq essentials like gas canisters, lighter fluid etc.

Staff are friendly, food could have more healthier options wraps, salads, bagels for lunch and then maybe more salads with the food rather than chips etc. Maybe some yogurts amd fruitt as snack options.

The park itself is brilliant, lakeside restaurant is fab and bathrooms over in that area are spotless. Stayed in one of the lodges without sink/bathroom so we used the shared facilities. Those facilities could have been cleaner, floors were grubby. Lodge could also have been cleaner, fridge was smelly and sticky, under the mattresses were filthy. Other than that was a fab stay. Kids had a ball!

We had an amazing time at Hidden valley and will be back again. Some feed back from our group of friends was as below but all in all the best holiday we had this year. We took part in the activities the Lazer tag was fun but really needs equipment maintenance and would recommend an armband or something to help red team and blue team stand out as you can not tell who is on your team. The Aqua park was great fun kids and Adults had a lot of fun. The life jackets also due upgrade as are starting to be very warn/ smelly but still keep you safer in the water. A microwave or 2 would be a great addition to the kitchen areas. Small TV in the lodges for the very wet days. All the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.
