The staff were really nice and our loft cabin was very clean and comfortable, I liked the decor inside also. There are plenty of activities for all the Family, although I’d like if the kayak lake was bigger and life jackets cleaner. That’s the only negative I have. The food was nice in the onsite restaurant, we ate once and there’s a good choice of dishes.

Great resort, lots to see and do. Staff seemed a little disinterested at times and even my kids said they look like they don't want to be here🤭. But we loved our few days in a lodge and will definitely be back. Loft house was small but comfortable and very clean.

5* site, spotless, Loft House glamping lodge was spotless, loads of room for our short stay as my kids are not particularly keen on camping in tents, site attractions where great, bar and restaurant spacious and food choice was great and great value for money. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Took a short drive up to the village also and there is a choice of pubs and small coffee shops.Perhaps having evening times for the Aqua park for customers arriving later in the afternoons/Evening would be an added bonus to the site.

We have been coming every year for the last 4 years. We love it it’s just brilliant. Would love to see more options for food as the restaurant is very busy at times but staff are lovely and so helpful.

We have been returning to Hidden Valley for over a decade and have watched the resort develop immensely, over the years. Kitty was very friendly, at Reception and we would definitely recommend Hidden Valley Resort as a great family destination!

Avondale House and Beyond the Trees… Excellent. User friendly, immaculate, well laid out, not overcrowded.Brittas Bay .. Excellent. Again v clean and well maintained.Jacob’s Well… food is outstanding but on the pricey side.Facilities in the resort are expensive if there are a few using them. Combo band for indoor crazy golf, splash park, combat laser tag-and climbing walls would be an idea. Maybe something like a teen band. Mine were 12yrs and 14 yrs.. did those activities. When they are individually priced it works out expensive. Accommodation, activities and food cost 1,000 euro for 3 days for 4 which is out of a lot of people’s reach. Still only glamping.. don’t over price urself out of the market.Pods and area around them could do with power washing, hedge trimming and knocking down some of the pine trees. Pine needles lodged everywhere for years, decking and fences in need to TLC
