Mr C Way - Stayed with partner, Oct 2020

Absolutely perfect!! My husband and I were looking for tranquility, peace & quiet, comfort in a lovely clean environment.....and we got it!! Beautiful, natural and private, which gave us the time needed to relax and get away from the norm!

Friendly owners who made sure we had a we needed for our stay. we stayed in a megapod, but there were lovely cabins available and other glamping pods as well as camp sites to meet any budget. The showers were ample and clean and the park facilities kept my children (4&2) occupied for hours. would definitely go back, and even had chance to say hi to the insight chickens while we were there

"Mega Glamping Pod in Stunning Nature"

C Hobbs - Stayed with partner, Sep 2020

The Mega Glamping Pod was a great experience nestled in an amazing natural environment full of trees, and the birds! The pod was clean and had all the basic things you needed to enjoy our time there. Would highly recommend anyone staying there.

We had a mega pod for a family of 4 and it was more than sufficient, the surroundings where clean and safe. Clean and safe amenities on site, hot water everything time i needed it. Although lack of WiFi Signal or phone signal at the "LAST" mega pod, this was a blessing is disguise :). But there was WiFi signals and phone signals towards the other pods, this was "JUST" the last Mega pod at the end. The camp was quiet and loads of spaces to park and feel free.

Having stayed previously we were not disappointed to upgrade ourselves to the mega pod. Everything we needed including the kitchen sink in immaculate condition. Thanks again for another lovely stay- looking forward to the next one!

"Mega Pod Stay"

T Snelson - Stayed with partner, Mar 2020

Had a very lovely stay, would definitely recommend to others. Perfect for two, lovely campsite and great showers. However, was disappointed to find the host had left an empty review on my Airbnb profile, slightly selfish. I would rather no review to be honest!

"Megapod"

Mrs S Stankevich-Smith - Stayed with family, Sep 2019

Great location & accommodation, would have been even better if the megapod had a shower ;)

Thank you for your review and we hope you can come again. Thinking about it, it wouldn't be so 'eco-friendly' with a shower! ;-) All the best, Andrew & Nicky

"Pretty and pricey."

Mr A Prince - Stayed with family, Aug 2019

Charming secluded, wooded site with a variety of accommodation choices, although all but the camping are expensive. Lovely hosts and a well stocked shop, but with little consideration for non meat eaters. Kids playground and mini football pitch are lovely, along with... Lovely hosts and a well stocked shop, but with little consideration for non meat eaters. Kids playground and mini football pitch are lovely, along with magical hidden paths, streams and dells in the surrounding woodland. Recommended overall.

Need to be cleaned better ie under beds and sofa. Great they have their own toilets. I would advise anyone to NEVER book the static caravan on this site you would not even let an animal sleep in there. Was damp, vile musty smell, grass on supposively clean quilts, wrappers under beds. Sofa was damp to sit on. Overall depressing. Only stayed 1 night had to leave first thing in the morning. Owner did offer us to go back after we had left into another mega pod but was severely put off after the terrible experiance in the caravan. The site itself was ok basic but good location for all of cornwall

It is disappointing that this review is quite different to our conversations. When you extended your stay, we did rush to get you into the Caravan from the MegaPod at 11 am, so you didn't have to lug your belongings around Cornwall with you until the afternoon, the normal time for arrivals. We can agree that there will be a difference between the experience in a new MegaPod and an older caravan. We're sorry it wasn't to your liking. Best regards, Andrew & Nicky
