Cannot fault this wonderful place. Me and my mum stayed last year in Mega Pod 1, and loved it so much we booked it again for this year. We stayed in Mega Pod 2 and I confirm they are both exceptional and comfortable stays. We’ll be coming every year!! We bought a camping stove this year and had a great time cooking on the decking and picnic area attached to the pod. The little birds would come and sit with us whilst we cooked, it was fantastic. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. There’s also a shop on site that has everything you could want! All local produce at great prices. Will be coming for longer next time. There are clean and safe showers and toilets on site too for longer stays. Thank you for your fantastic hospitality! See you next year! 🌲 🪵

A really peaceful and pretty place, well run and easy to book. The pod was well equipped, snug and perfect for a one person stay. Birdsong in the mornings and early evenings was amazing.

We stayed in a megapod which was very cosy and clean, with everything as described and included crockery and cutlery which we were not expecting. We had an enjoyable peaceful break away from it all.

A really pretty part of Cornwall, a hidden gem. The site is easy to find and well set out with a great little shop. The owners are just lovely and the pod had everything I needed. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

The mega pod was lovely and clean and just perfect for what I was looking for, peace, quiet and time on my own to relax. It had everything I needed. I had a lovely day out walking at Treffry Viaduct which is just stunning and had a visit to Wadebridge both of which are around 20 mins from the lodge in opposite directions. It's a stunning area to stay with a good amount to do.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it was even better! We stayed in the megapod, and it was very well furnished, everything we needed, and the beds were so comfy! Could do with a little more shelf space or storage for food and cooking bits, but we made it work. It’s in a very quiet area and surrounded by nature, we had a little hedgehog visit us a of couple nights. It was a good area for us to get to Padstow, Perranporth and St Austell within half an hour, but would probably stay a bit closer to somewhere else if we wanted to travel closer to lands end, as it is quiet a drive for a day trip. The showers were super clean every time we used them. Will stay again soon.

Clean fresh adn in a beautiful location - perfect. We were a group of 2 families and we stayed in the megapods. They are new, in excellent condition and a great novelty for the children. Like camping - but so much easier. Close to all the attractions especially the beaches and Tide climbing centre. Showers are very new and clean too. Do it.

The perfect spot for relaxing. Site is quiet, facilities are kept clean. Recycling is available. And the site is in close proximity to the Camel trail so you can cycle into Bodmin or Padstow. Highly recommend.

We just love it here. Friendly campsite, such clean shower blocks. This time we stayed in a Megapod and it was delightful. Really comfortable and nice to relax in the evening. The pigs on-site are just the best thing, having a little stroll down in the morning and evening to see them. Very good location to visit multiple locations in Cornwall. We will be back. Everyone who helped us was friendly and accommodating. They were flexible and helped in many ways, as they knew we did not have a car they offered to let us use the shop after hours if we ran into problems. The camp shop was well-stocked and affordable, even more than other grocery stores. It was one of the few places during the trip we didn't want to leave. As soon as we are able, we'll be back.
