Lovely place for families to stay great investment has been put into the park but you can also see that some parts are been neglected, crazy golf needs closing down. The staff are young, polite and helpful. The on site food is satisfactory it's a camp site so chips burgers pizza. They have some alcohol available don't know which ones. The ice cream bar is a huge hit with kids. We stayed in a lodge without toilet, it was very clean but had a smell of damp and mould growing on the curtains. Toilet block was very clean and stocked well. Someone threw a bottle of baby powder around the toilets during our stay and it was cleaned up quickly.

My parents came for day visit to see grandchildren and they had to purchase day passes each…. I don’t think this should be the case tbh fair enough a charge maybe an OAP rate but a day pass same as anyone was going to use activities is a bit ott…. The fact that the cabins sleep 6 but only allow two adults again restricted us in allowing the grandparents come with us and would actually put us off booking again… is there no available option for this…. The tube slide in our opinion is not worth charging for none of the kids on our allotted slot skid to the bottom at all and I think having to pay for and book that activity was wasteful… Every single staff member we met was fantastic… they are a credit to you. Facilities all fab m… any food we had again all fab!!!! The children had an amazing time but they are just the observations we had whilst there!!!

Toilet / shower block - very clean and regularly maintained Reception area - very friendly staff and service Restaurant - very overpriced for the food provided. Not a lot of healthy options. Activities wristbands positive - very good value and great that a wristband could be shared between people. Activities negative: staff - not that interested in helping out. We tried and paid for practically all activities that we could. The bumper boats were charging and could not be used in the morning. The water balls were broken in the morning and in the afternoon there were only 2 available and 1 was leaking and letting in water. We told the boy in charge and he just shrugged his shoulders. T Kayaking - no instruction given to the children when they got in. I had to ask the attendants to give even a basic instruction so the children. Aqua park was the best value for 50 minutes. Everything else 15 mins approx
