Boutique Lodge XL

I booked 4 lodges to accommodate Gladiators Teen Club for children with disabilities and their carers. They were all spotless and very nicely laid out. We had a great weekend and used all the facilities and the restaurant. I would like to commend the staff at... I booked 4 lodges to accommodate Gladiators Teen Club for children with disabilities and their carers. They were all spotless and very nicely laid out. We had a great weekend and used all the facilities and the restaurant. I would like to commend the staff at check-in, boats, laser tag and downhill tubing for their patience, good humour and manner when dealing with the children which couldn't be faulted. The restaurant staff were particularly attentive and looked after us very well. We could have used a line for some of our wet clothes after a rainy Saturday but we managed ok. All the children and adults really enjoyed themselves and we are planning to return next year already.

We stayed for 2 nights in the boutique xl. Fantastic staff, facilities, very well kept and looked after and super clean. We did the water sports, crazy golf, giant slide and kids loved the playgrounds. We were very lucky with the weather which made it all the more... We stayed for 2 nights in the boutique xl. We were very lucky with the weather which made it all the more enjoyable. Restaurant food was fantastic. Cannot fault anything from our stay. Staff all very friendly and professional. Can't wait to book again.

Really enjoyed our stay

Needs more stuff for kids indoors or shouldn’t open at Easter was no aqua zone or laser tag and when it rain fed we were stuck in cabin with no internet and 10 old movies programmed into tv ,

Was delighted to upgrade on the day to XL. Cabin was beautiful alot of space throughout. We'rnt on each other's toes. We were very happy. Few small things I would like was a matt at the door. No toilet rolls in bathroom bags to be left for the bin. For the price you... Was delighted to upgrade on the day to XL. Cabin was beautiful alot of space throughout. We'rnt on each other's toes. Was very unhappy the second night. Our heating went n hot water. Apperently they ran out gas and our pilot light went out. So we were freezing on second night untill reception opened next morning. No emergency numbers for these situations.. also could not get any signal on our phones in this cabin. Stayed in others and wasn't the situation

Staff were absolutely brilliant! No TV channel's available unfortunately but that didn't take away from the overall fantastic experience

The campsite was absolutely wonderful. We stayed in the boutique lodge as we have 5 children, the space was great and they loved it. The on site activities are excellent, location was beautiful. Went to Clara lara near by which the kids also loved. My only small... The campsite was absolutely wonderful. My only small complaint would be that there were no travel cots available, I had previously emailed ahead to ask to add one to our booking for our 1 year old but on arrival I was told they didn't have them. This made safe sleeping problematic for our 1 year old and if I had known in advance I would have brought my own, but overall we loved it and will definitely return!

It was our first stay in the XL boutique lodge, absolutly amazing place to stay 🥰, will be back for sure. The staff are brilliant and the overall place is beautiful 😍
