The pod was fantastic just wish the shower block was updated as it was run down and no mop on anything to clean it with so over 3 days became a issue to keep clean.

Glamping pod was lovely and warm with under floor heating was nice surprise,had everything we needed wifi was ok lost signal few times but wasn't a major but only negative thing we had was toilet was in a block with temperatures hitting minus but definitely come back in summer time.

A truly fun place to relax! Pods are in pristine condition, very warm thanks to an underfloor heating, plenty of utilities, plates and cutlery. Two very comfortable beds, glass door with a lake view, beautiful scenery. You can order in or eat at the local cafe, however we chose al fresco on a heated grill plate (£15 to rent, comes with a 5kg gas bottle and a cleaning kit). The area is very quiet, calm and just being there restores your balance. Will definitely be coming back! P.S. big thank you to the wonderful staff who have always been at utmost alert and very helpful!

The site was so peaceful, we had everything we needed for a fun girly night away

The glamping pod was dirty. Had to re-wash dirty cups, plates and cutlery. Microwave was full of liquid coffee with a disposable coffee cup lid, which I had to clean. Floor was dusty and dirty, had to clean with detol wipes. Given covid, I would have expected the pod to be spotless and deep cleaned by the park after each use. The bathroom facilities also dirty, floor had rubbish from sanitary products from previous users and it smelt unclean. Wasp infestation meant we couldnt open our door or window or sit outside. All 4 glamping pods had the same problems when speaking to their occupants. When issues mentioned to reception they offered 10% off should we return...turns out this is offered to everyone!!
