Woodhall Country Park is set in a beautiful area of woodland in the heart of Lincolnshire, within walking distance of the village of Woodhall Spa. The natural habitat of the park provides an abundance of walks and wildlife, making an ideal destination for a relaxing break, suitable for couples, families, cyclists, walkers, golfers, anglers and dog owners.
Our 6 sky pods are nestled in the woodland area of the park, close by to a toilet/shower block and communal firepits. A cosy alternative to bringing your own tent, including electric sockets, indoor light, kettle and double futon.
The dimensions of the Sky Pod are approx. 3.2m x 2.4m. Please note: there is a weight limit of 32kg for each of the bunk beds. All of our accommodations are non smoking/vaping so we would ask you honor these rules when staying with us. Parking for 1 car is exclusively available for your stay. Additionally, guests can bring up to 1 pet with them for a small extra charge of £10 per stay.

I took my mum and family away for a nice weekend for her birthday. We used our campervan and booked a pod for mum. The campsite was lovely plenty to explore with my young daughter. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pod was clean and campsite easy to access. There was even a bar and food available on site which was a bonus. Only reason I’ve not rated excellent is the push button showers, as I find they’ll annoying, but completely understand why they are fitted. We would visit again!
Good morning Thank you for your lovely review we are delighted you enjoyed your stay with us and hope to be able to welcome you back to park in the very near future

The ‘skypod’ (air raid shelter) was no good for four of us and a dog! Didn’t even stay, refused to pay money back even though the pod next to us was covered in a tarp because a tree fell through it (dangerous). . . Not satisfactory!
Good afternoon Jamie Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review we are sorry the accommodation was not what you were expecting. We do provide pictures on the website so people know what they are booking. You booked our very basic pods which are an alternative to putting a tent up which we also explained to you whilst you were hereThe damaged sky pod next to you was unfortuantley damaged in the storm which we had no control over this has now been cleared away this was also explained to you Again we are sorry the accommodation you booked was not what you were expecting

Very nice site and lovely fishing ponds good vibes. A bit disappointed with the pods because they are very small and there are no pictures of the inside on website so abit misleading. Unbearably hot nearly slept in car and not good having a kettle on the floor were kids can nock it over or grab. My dads lodge was very nice and it good that it close to jublee park and not far walk into the village

I really enjoyed my stay in the Sky Pod for a couple of nights in a beautiful quiet location. I probably didn't read the instructions properly as there wasn't any bedding (I'll need to remember to pack that next time) or any coffee or tea for the kettle and cups provided. Overall though the facilities the staff and the location were stunning and a great alternative to a hotel if you're staying in Lincolnshire.
Good afternoon Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review and for sharing your beautiful photos with us We are delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay with us and hope to be able to welcome you back to park in the very near future

Recently stayed here for the the fireworks night family really enjoyed it park was clean and so were the facilities My only suggestion would be to add a stone path to get to the sky pods as gets very muddy and tripped over a big root sticking out of the ground
Good Morning Melissa Thank you so much for your lovely review we are delighted you enjoyed your stay with usWe have taken on board your comments about a path to the sky pods We hope to welcome you back to the park in the near future

We have the best time always with you. The pods always look lovely and are clean and comfy beds with clean mugs. Curtains for privacy. I love sitting out on the deck in the morning with a cuppa or in the evening with my book. Only two downsides are if you turn light off inside it goes off outside but I wanted the light outside on whilst my girls were sleeping. And the bence was covered with bird poo so could do with a jet wash before we arrived. The food at the bus by sunset tavern was amazing and service at both was great! My daughter's loved the little decking area there to dance. The showers were lovely and clean but they don't stay on for more than a few seconds which was the only frustrating thing there. Great facilities to wash up. Lots of space. Kids loved the park too. Lovely walk to kinema and tea rooms. Theres an outdoor pool near by too. Just a very enjoyable stay. See you next year!

Me and my friend booked a last minute night away with the children. We stayed in the sky pods. They was very clean and had the double and bunk beds. However no ladder for bunk bed which was difficult with two children who could not really climb. As well as the top bunk not really having a rail, so there was a lot of fear in the night my child would roll off. I ended up moving him to sleep with me on the double. Which is just a folding mattress, no base. Sky pods are close to toilet facilities and very clean. With bottom sheet provided. We had a little rain and my picnic table was soaked. I was in number 4. My friend in 3 was ok as was more shelter by tree. Number 5 was completely dry.
