A lovely little two night break. Park is lovely, however I do feel it would benefit from some amenities on site which I believe are being build. We will definitely be returning

Attended 16th-18th October 2026 for Mums 80th Birthday. 2 - 6 persons Lodges & 2 persons Cabin booked. Accommodation modern & clean. Lodges very spacious & Cabin cosy. Great hot tub in the Lodges & lovely view of the lake. Few essentials in the reception area although not used, under going renovations so I’m sure will be much better when completed? No amenities on site although can order delivery takeaway from Woodhall Spa village. 10-15 minute walk into Woodhall Spa village where there are pubs/bars/cafes/shops etc… Visited Kinema in the woods, well worth a visit. Woodland lovely & peaceful. Definitely book again 👍😍

The cabin was very basic, with the following issues:1) Why is the bed up so high, not ideal as you get older. No reason that it could be lower.2) No seating provided other that uncomftable high stools.3) No Table provided to eat meals from, other than very small high level table - useless!4) Lighting was very poor, inpossible to read anything after dark.

However, we appreciate that this may not be suitable for everyone.We’re sorry that you found the seating uncomfortable and the table too small for dining. Excellent, cabins are spot on

We stayed in a woodland cabin. Lovely accommodation with own kitchenette and shower/toilet. Toilet roll, handwash, washing up liquid, tea-towel all provided - this was very welcome. Cabin was clean and tidy. Bed was made on arrival. We will definitely return.

This is a lovely clean site in the countryside. Our cabin in the trees was beautiful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I even had my first go at fishing. Our dog was made welcome too, the dog walk area is lovely. There is also an American yellow school bus that is coverted into a food bus. The food is amazing

An excellent base for cycling with a lot of minor roads and cycle tracks on old railway lines. Very pleasant town with added interest if the Dambuster history.Pleasant and well appointed cabin on the site.

It sounds like you made the most of the area and found Woodhall Spa to be a great base for exploring by bike.The Spa Trail is particularly popular with cyclists, following the route of the former railway line, and there are plenty of quieter country roads and routes to explore in the surrounding area.It’s also great to hear that you enjoyed the cabin and found it pleasant and well appointed.Woodhall Spa certainly has a fascinating connection with the Dambusters, with 617 Squadron being based at RAF Woodhall Spa and the Petwood Hotel having served as the squadron's Officers’ Mess during the Second World War.Thank you again for taking the time to leave your review. Our stay was very enjoyable, staff were friendly and very helpful, it was clean and the facilities especially the Old School Bus for food. The only reason we did not give it top marks was the fact we had no where to hand our cloths and a shelf near the bed would have been very useful.
