Accepted The Conwy glamping site of Waenfechan Glamping has two luxury hideaway pods for lucky sorts to seek seclusion at, set among the spectacular scenery of Snowdonia's mountains, the Conwy estuary and the Great Orme... and each pod has its own hot tub for highly scenic soaks.
It's a mighty peaceful setting among these mighty mountain and sea views, but within easy reach of supplies, shops and the seaside for guests craving closeness to amenities: Conwy town and the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno are both within 20 minutes. Or you could give the car a rest and set off out on local ambles such as the Hiraethlyn Walk's three and a half-mile circular route just outside the site, around the National Trust's Bodnant Garden a mile and a half away – or to the village pub for drinks and evening meals.
Waenfechan Glamping is on a family-run farm, with the self-contained glamping pods set on one of its quietest and most wildlife-friendly spots. The pods were all newly built in 2018 and come with pull out sofa bed with luxury bed linen; heating and electricity included; a smart TV; a shower room and a small kitchenette.
The outside decking area is, perhaps best to utilise when you're still steaming from the hot tub, wrapped in your fluffy dressing gown, and pouring a tasty aperitif against the Welsh sunset... Myself and my husband booked the hide away glamping for a weekend retreat.Our accommodation was beautiful very clean and had everything we needed.The hot tub was amazing and the views are beautiful,so quiet and relaxing.We went on the Forest Coaster at Zip world only a 20 min drive which was really good fun.We Will definitely be returning next year and we are going to climb Snowdon.We definitely recommend.

Location - peaceful and relaxing.Staff - very friendly and helpful.Hot tub - amazing! Views - stunning! Pod - bed and pillows comfortable!Pizza takeaway - delicious!Suggestions - only minor things, it would nice if the pods come supplied with kitchen roll, cleaning spray and cooking oil (I've stayed in less glamorous pods and these basics were provided), the en suite bathroom could do with some shelving or cabinet to store your toiletries rather than just at the side of the loo on the floor!Will definitely be back! :)

Location is out the way, views are amazing! It's so peaceful and relaxing. Pod was cleaned to a high standard and is kitted out with everything you could possibly need. It's great value for money! Pod's are lovely and warm for when you get out of the hot tub. Absolutely amazing place to enjoy quality time with husband and relax.

Been looking for hot tub break for some time, came across this website on Facebook & thought it was perfect location as we was going to Llandudno for the day very clean site with friendly staff, I wish there was an option to have some type of shade over the hot tub as it was a very hot day but that’s me 😝

We got a glamping pod for two nights. Staff are so lovely and friendly, made us feel really welcome. The pod was unbelievably clean, and had everything we needed for the two nights. The views are stunning, hot tub was spotless and felt luxurious! The information leaflet provided was really handy, with suggestions of places to eat and walking routes. Made us feel really comfortable and relaxed. Would definitely return to such a stunning place, thank you!

Arrived last Friday the 14th June until sunday the 16th June. and we were very surprised that my parents had paid for a bottle of champagne and chocolates and a balloon for our wedding, this break was our Mini moon. The glamping pod number 5 drum was very clean, we went in the hot tub and watched the sunset with a glass of prossecco, which was well needed after a busy few months. We then used the free bbq that was supplied by Bethan and Arfon which we thought was a lovely gesture for the guests. Nothing better than relaxing in a hot tub looking at the incredible view.The only thing I would suggest which would of been handy is a toaster, there was plenty of stuff for us to use e.g. utensils, microwave, pans. Will definitely be staying here again. It was so relaxing

Very relaxing and peaceful weekend away at Waenfechan. A very warm welcome by the staff who explained everything and gave us some tips on local places to visit / eat. Really cosy pod with a lovely decking area to sit and enjoy an evening meal watching the sunset. The hot tub was perfect temperature and clean. Highly recommended!

What a stunning retreat, a beautiful pod with a beautiful view. Just pure bliss, we even got engaged in the Hot tub.
