Accepted Rutland Rural Retreats is a secluded two pod, one Shepherds Hut, adult only, dog friendly glamping retreat, set off the beaten track, within 4 acres of beautiful old meadow land, bordered by an array of hedgerows, trees and brooks.

Bumblebee is a bespoke Scandinavian pod that has been handcrafted with the comfort and enjoyment of guests at the forefront of our minds. Fully insulated, double glazed and with under floor heating, guests can relax snug inside on those chillier evenings.

To retain as rural and undisturbed an environment as possible for the benefit of guests and resident wildlife, our offering is limited to just three discreetly sited units. These are hidden from view on entering RRR as they reside in a completely separate and enclosed meadow whose only other residents are the visiting wildlife.

Bumblebee has its own private seating area complete with fire pit; enclosed garden (1m high stock fencing) with recliners and elevated decking area complete with coffee table and chairs for enjoying that early morning coffee and croissants or a late night tipple!

Complete with en-suite bathroom with heated towel rail, flushing toilet and shower, kitchenette with fridge/freezer, two ring hob, combination oven/microwave; double bed, vintage leather sofa and dining table - everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay and unwind when not getting out and about in the beautiful Rutland countryside. Bedding, towels and logs can be added as extras. Dogs stay for free and are warmly welcomed & catered for.

Enjoy the wonderful setting in which Rutland Rural Retreats resides. Watch the horses meandering in the next field, listen to the birds singing or just let the soothing babble of the nearby Brook carry your thoughts away as you watch the sun go down.

To keep the experience as rural as possible, cars are not allowed in the glamping field, instead luggage trolleys are provided to enable guests to transport their luggage the short walk, along the winding limestone path and across the bridge from the car park to the glamping meadow.
