The treehouse is set within its own private mill garden, complete with a pond featuring a rowing boat (life jackets available, with close supervision for children), and a scenic riverwalk, perfect for those wearing wellies. A stone circle with a fire pit sets the stage for evenings of toasting marshmallows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

One of the highlights of Templar is its private hot tub, nestled underneath the treehouse, surrounded by decking with seating and a swinging bench ,offering a luxurious and relaxing experience. Adjacent to the hot tub is a newly added outdoor kitchen area, equipped with all the essentials. A table and chairs. the ideal setting for stargazing or enjoying the serene surroundings. For those feeling adventurous, a rustic staircase leads to a triangular balcony, providing panoramic views of the picturesque countryside. And for a faster descent, why not take the slide?

Step inside the treehouse, and you'll be greeted by wooden floors, two comfortable leather armchairs, a table, and a wood-burning stove. The double bed, adorned with merino wool bedding, is strategically placed near full-length windows that offer breathtaking views. The kitchenette, complete with tiled under-floor heating, boasts an antique Hygena kitchen unit stocked with fine bone china, cocktail glasses, a shaker, recipe books, cutlery, microwave, mini oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, and a kitchen sink. An additional fully-equipped kitchen awaits outside, under a covered area, complete with a fire pit BBQ.
