We had a nice stay at hiding valley, my only issues is the customer service is dreadful never answer the phone it takes two days for a response from email or vice message and the price of activities is expensive and the lodge at €190 p/n is a bit pricey as there's no hot running water or toilet paper. it would be better to get a discount on activities if your renting accommodation lodge/house. As we done the calculations at the end of are stay it would have been cheaper to stay at a hotel with breakfast and dinner for a weekend. Hidden valley is a great place i would give 4 stars but it not good value for your money.

Excellent place to bring the family, stayed in the lodges and they were fine. The reception closed at 9pm which I thought was a bit early if anyone needed assistance .Will definitely return sometime

Really lovely campsite. We stayed in a loft house. We got really great weather so could take full advantage of all the outdoor activities such as aqua park, climbing walls, water bumpers etc. In the evening, kids were able to fish and paddle/swim in the river. The campsite is very clean and well maintained. The slide park next year will be a brilliant addition for younger kids! The campsite was just a short distance from 'beyond the trees' which was another lovely day spent. Food in the lake house was pretty standard and feel that would be an area for improvement but honestly overall, a really great trip and would be happy to return!

The site was great, everything was clean and well laid out. We had one of the lodges and all was clean and as described on your website. It was a but farcical though after paying 190 for one night that there was no hot water in the sink and being asked to pay for shower tokens! It was just a but of a sting after paying for the Lodge, we regularly go camping so are aware you normally need tokens when in a tent/camper.

We have been coming for at least 7 years as a group of 5 to 8 families. Another very good time but kids were very disappointed with the life cream machine in the Lakehouse as they were repeatedly told no Sundae’s. Gerard

Facilities were excellent, the lakehouse and the cost of activities were a huge let down. The bands have increased massively in cost this year to an extortionate rate and the lakehouse food was very poor and was completely understaffed
