The campsite is brilliant and the staff couldn't be more helpful! Only one thing is the water temperature in the shower, if that could be a constant warm instead of an ad hoc balneo therapy, I would have given 5*Loads of activities for kids and its very safe. We are coming back every year

We have a really good time, considering the weather had had, the kids had a ball and we left safe leaving them play outside when the weather cleared it. Everything was in waking distance. Food was lovely tooWe really struggled with signal once we got inside the cabins and the restaurant so was a little annoying with that and trying to keep two young kids entertained! The climbing walls were open in the rain but the mini golf was closed.

Great value for money, spacious. Fridge kettle and toaster. Cabins are quite warm was really bad weather when we where there and we didn’t even need the heating on or our warm hoodies.

I was so so disappointed with this holiday. I went to hidden. Valley on my own with a one year old baby . I was meeting two other families there, friends of friends. Upon arrival to my lodge there was no electricity.. it was approx 4.3p. I realised there was a switch down on the fuse board. I clicked it up and the other electric did come on..I went to meet my friends. I returned to the cabin at 6. Again no electricity. I tried to ring reception..no answer. I had to.put the baby in the buggy and go to reception to report this. I went to my friends for hour. Returned at 7 to reception before I went for food they told me the electricity was working. Went back to cabin at 7.45 to put baby to bed and make his bottles . Still no electricity. Still could not get through on phone go reception..had to again put baby back in buggy & walk to report it. Eventually got moved to new lodge at 8.44. it was freezing. Baby was tired. I had to move all the bags into my car and into the new lodge. AWFUL

There, spending money is what matters—not the customers’ problems.My child got sick, so I had no choice but to leave. I went back to request at least half of the money, but my request was denied.You should also take potential customer issues into account.One positive thing: there was a gentleman working there who was very kind and had a great attitude.Wishing you success.

Menu needs to be updated

this is the 6th year in a row we have stayed with you guys. We normally stay 2/3 times from now till back to school in september. Its amazing to see the extra work coming into the site. the new climbing walls and cinema are a brilliant edition on top of the ususal fun things.We were one of 4 families who traveled together to stay, from our small lodge up to 3 of the larger units at the front. I know the site can get busy and in particular the lake house but the experience this time was next level. For some reason there seemed to be a larger number of families staying for communion or confimration parties on the friday and the behavour to your staff and other guests on friday an din particular the saturday was not pleasent. we have a group of 10 children with us in total and we as parents where not the usual comfortable with the behavour around the site.i would iimagine that your own staff would have filled you in better on the actions/breakages/aggresion around both days bu

It is good and well designed resort. The only reservation that I have is that but disposal BBQ is allowed and fire pit is not allowed at all. This condition was either not visible in the website or at least not clearly articulated. Other than that, I would definitely come again.

We went for Halloween day and night, we enjoyed our stay and the activities that were done with the children were good, there was a parade in which everyone walked around the campsite this was OK could be improved was a little boring, also there was a bomb fire put on the night after Halloween which I found a bit strange for them not to have it on Halloween night. Check in was 4pm and check out was 11am our lodge wasn’t ready till 4pm bang on which was not ideal as we needed to dress the children upFor the activity we had booked at 3pm, I think check in should be earlier. We had a good stay all around and will definitely be back. Staff were nice, Cabins were clean and the children were safe playing around the area.
