We had an absolute ball here, my two kids 12 & 3.! So much to do for kids of all ages. We stayed in the glamping ensuite, it was perfect and spacious! Great security, so safe for children and spotless clean! Only negative was the extra expenses for the activities, cost us a fortune on top of the accommodation.

We booked the glamping pod with a toilet, pleasantly surprised, beds were very comfortable, lots of space, kids loved the loft beds, lots to do, everything very convenient and close by, which was great as we went as a group in different accommodation types, but were still close by. We were lucky with the weather as most activities are outdoor as you’d expect, very enjoyable, will be back.

Amazing place

We stayed in Hidden Valley for 3 nights, the two boys we had with us are 8 and 5 years old, it was their choice to return this year.The amount of freedom they had to cycle, or play with new found friends when they weren't on activities is fantastic, there is a real feel of security and many an adventure was had.Every facility is spotless, toilets, showers, reception, restaurant and you constantly see workers making sure that everything is kept well.I couldn't fault the staff in anyway, everyone from reception to the young people working on the activities, we're so polite and you really felt welcome, so we'll done, each and every one of you, you did yourselves proud.The setting is stunning, it really is picture perfect The cabin we stayed in, was cosy, not a lot of room for movement, it would have been better to have had a small table and chairs instead of a couch, so that we could have eaten inside on wet days, Activities can work out expensiveWe will be back, the boys l

I decided to bring my 8 Grandkids ranging from 5 to 20 years old to hidden valley and was not disappointed, I was new to Hidden valley so struggled a bit with the website and pre booking, but when we arrived everything was so efficiently managed, check in was easy, booking additional activities was easy and with very helpful staff, dining in the restaurant was again efficient and good for the range of kids with all the favorite items available and good service, the activities are great, the water challenge especially, I even managed it myself and had so much fun with the grandkids,The glamping lodges are fine for sleeping with a picnic bench and area for BBQ outside which we used in between showers, the toilets and shower facilities were adequate and kept spotless clean, overall a lovely safe campsite with great facilities and a lovely river running through it, and I hope to return again in the near future, Thank you to all the staff who made our weekend break so very wonderful,

It was a very good experience overall. But couple of things we did not like: 1- Pets are allowed but not in the lodge! Where should they sleep then in that weather?2- A security cane at 10 and said children have to go inside the lodge!! We were mot making any noise at all but we were three families with three children including a 3 year old, where should we hang out together?? Then at 11 he cane back and asked the adult to go inside the lodge!!! It was shocking to us and it ruined the entire vacation in which we had to leave earlier cause we knew that after 11 we are not allowed to stay with our friends!

I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself in to and I’m not a camper by any means but I was pleasantly surprised by the whole place!It was fantastic,plenty to do,cabins are great and beds are so comfy.I think maybe including cutlery and cooking ware would be better.The kids had the best time.The restaurant was great all staff so friendly. It not a huge amount of healthy choices Overall I will definitely be coming back next year !

The cabin was a but unclean this year and the outdoor area too, plasters on the ground, grass uncut. However it's a fantastic location with excellent activities.

Lovely weekend spent with family. We stayed in the lodges which were so much better than we had anticipated. Lovely relaxed happy feeling to hidden valley. Look forward to returning with our tent soon!
