Everything was fanatastic despite 2 cons I experienced one there is no Wi-fi which is very important for me another deposit of 100 euro taken and holding for up to 28 days which is completely nonsense as I booked for one night for 2 and 1 and still didn’t get my deposit back and my stay despite 160 cost me 260

The restaurant was a disaster. 1 hour wait for food. My chicken came out cold and had no choice but to eat it. I am just out of st Vincents hospital with food poisoning. I am not happy

Overall we had a lovely time. On our arrival day we arrived at 1.30pm. It was raining and we parked outside the loft. Our loft was fully cleaned and ready to be used. We had to wait until 4pm to get the keys which was a bit disappointing seen as the loft was ready. I understand its states the check in time is 4pm but usually if rooms etc are ready guests would be aloud in. Maybe that could be looked at for future bookings.thanksKaren

The cleaners had been and we got our keys. I can honestly say they swept and mopped the floor they could see. The dust was unbelievable, there was mince meat that had mold on it on the table outside so couldn't use it.On arrival we were handed a sheet with all activities, days and times etc including The lakehouse restaurant 9am to 9.30pm. When we went to get food we were refused the girl said "food stops at 8 30pm" this was at 8.35pm. Google has the same time as on the sheet, 9.30pm. Went to the restaurant on the Thursday before heading home and four times we asked for the table to be cleaned, one girl came cleared the table and never came back so again we had to ask for the table to be cleaned.

You supply a mobile number that no-one ever answers, you either have to email or go to the office which is it not always convenient, the electric went when we were making toast the morning of check-out couldn't get anyone on the phone and had to be out

We had a great time there. But I was extremely disappointed to see that you have absolutely no facilities for kids or adults with special needs. There is no access to the cabins for wheelchairs or nothing in the playgroundsI woul love to have brought my Nephew but unfortunately can't.I would have thought in these times of inclusion you would have had some facilities. It was a great holiday but was sad that my Nephew could not loin us
