The campsite is lovely and the facilities are good, however there are too many things that aren’t included in the price. I would rather pay more up front than having to pay everytime I step outside the cabin or tent (even the showers require tokens to be purchased.) I would expect a family holiday location like this to have one main activity that is included in the price (eg. Centre Parcs swimming pool) and then you pay for additional activities if you want to.

Easy to locate having travelled down from Belfast. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The faculties where adequate and accommodation was clean, only negative was a bad odour from the drainage outside.

Lodge was amazing, so much room for the family. In great location, staff super friendly and guards making sure people are quite at night. Great for kids as they have loads of activities but also they can play in the river which was great but just remember to supervise. Overall was above expectation. Campsite was also really clean and tidy.

Have been coming for years with a large group, renting the cabins. This year there were some negatives. Cost has gone up significantly througout especially the activity bands.Drains in every cabin were stinking and had to keep the door closed.Check in at 4 is very late given we saw the cleaning team take only 5 minutes to clean the house though they were a lovely team to speak to.All still had a great time but it is a pity about the activity costs

Everything was excellent bar the food/service in the lake House restaurant. That was an absolute disaster. Wrong food out twice, bar closed for an hour, couldn't get a drink, food mediocre at best. We will return next year but definitely not eat here again.Facilities were clean, staff friendly, activities great although on the slight expensive side. I was a bit disappointed there was so little included for free, but we still enjoyed ourselves and would return.

Located conveniently close to Dublin, which suited as we had a small baby and 2 older kids 7 and 5 years. We had been before on day pass first time staying. Stayed in a boutique Lodge. The Lodge suited our needs ,we brought an air fryer so made food at home some nights. Nice outdoor seating area but there was a smell from the toilets blowing over so made it less enjoyable to sit outside. The lodge was expensive for 3 days since you also have to pay for activities. Staff at activities were excellent and kind to the kids.we didn't have any trouble booking in and queues were not too long. Its great to see new activities from the previous year and we are excited about the new water activity.

Very enjoyable stay. A stairs gate would have been very useful in keeping our toddler safe but otherwise no complaints

We stayed in the boutique lodge. Very clean and with all cutlery provided.Staff Very friendly and overall very clean and no noise at night time which it was fantastic as you don't want people around with music, drinking and making noises.( at least around the lodges. Not sure about the camping srea...)Will.be good to have around more picnic tables/areas with shelter for the sunny and rainy days. And a bigger shop to buy daily stuff..Maybe will be good to have a bike renting area and an area dedicated to fishing

Staff were very friendly and accomadating. Children loved range of activities available. However when staying in the lodges which are expensive check in is not until 4pm and check out 11am.

There was a horrible sewer smell in the lodge. Way too expensive for what you get
