Negative remarks:-Lodge prices are inflated at 800€ for 3 nights. -burger and chips in the lakehouse will cost you 16€-No hob or oven in the house. You will have to walk over to the common cooking area carrying all your pots and pans both ways across the park.-No charging for electric vehicles.-All activities cost extra. -If you stand up on a paddle boat a teenage rental boy will shout at you across the pond as if something got stuck in his fly.Positive:The friends you bring with you.

We stayed June Bank Holiday weekend with our two kids. We all had an amazing time, our 8yr old cried cos we had to leave. Can’t say a bad thing about Hidden Valley. All the staff were lovely and the place was very well maintained.

We had a great stay at hidden valley our lodge was great and very clean all activities were easily booked and accessible. Only reason for not 5 stars would be the food everything was just deep fried. Found it strange no option of beans for kids at a family resort. Of weather had of been better we would of just had a BBQ .All in all the resort is very good and we will go back when kids are older so they can do the other activities also

We had an amazing time. Weather was fabulous during our stay which is always a bonus. Activities were enjoyed by all. Staff are so pleasant and helpful. We stayed in a Boutique Lodge but will happily camp next time. Thank you for a wonderful time and we'll definitely stay again

The reception staff at the check-in counter were very warm and friendly, and their attitude was very good. I played almost all the facilities in these 3 days. The staff who assisted the service were also very friendly. It was a pity that the water polo activity was not played because I was late in the queue. I was originally told that it would start at 11:00 the next day, but because I received a school group, the water polo activity could not start before noon, so the children did not play, which was a pity. The room and the entire park are very clean. The food in the restaurant is also delicious and the food is served quickly. I will strongly recommend friends to come here.

We have been going to hidden valley for 5 years and my kids absolutely love it. Great place , great staff and lots to do . Love that the owners are always reinvesting in the park , the new rock-climbing wall is great and the new aqua splash was unreal . We will be definitely back again.

We had a lovely break away, it's gorgeous there and lots to do. My only issue was my autistic daughters found it very overwhelming. I would love to see an activity there for them that they would enjoy. My sons however had a ball.

Despite living locally, this was our first trip to Hidden Valley. We booked for 2 nights in the boutique lodge, which was a good size and well laid out. Our only complaints are that it was a bit dusty upstairs (under and around the mattresses and windows), that the upstairs window needs a blind, especially in summer, and that the heating is limited to the kitchen so some of the lodge doesn't get warm enough. With a small baby with us, these compelled us to leave after one night. We did however, spend the day at the resort, and it was exceptional. Loads to do for my 5 year old, who especially loved the soft play area. We'll be back, but likely for the day and not to stay.
