Chalets were excellent Brilliant sizeWell equipped Very clean Soft play and climbing wall addition is very welcome Few things I’ll love if changed: Check in was earlier as 4 is very late More than one roll of toilet roll provided or else add to bring list as toiletries doesn’t usually imply toilet roll and rather shampoo etc Also notify where to dump garbage as we searched for a while We visit hidden valley every single year and last year there was an incident where the water ball deflated while my son was inside……. He got a major fright so wouldn’t do again …… I did register my gentle complaint then. This time unfortunately the very same thing happened to my grandchild of 6 years The young girl was barely capable of zipping up the balls and was very very slow …… let alone do anything to save a child in danger I really think there should be adult supervision as most of the staff are very young students

I booked a boutique lodge for two days I also booked splash world and down hill tubing. The girl who booked told me both activities were for the following day which was a mistake as it was for that day at 6.30 no refund or wouldn’t change the times my 5 yr old daughter wouldn’t get in the cold water wouldn’t exchange wrist bands or offer alternative activitie. Never go back again I’m also still waiting on my €100 deposit back

Great family experience lots to do. Would be great to see some more indoor activities for those rainy days

Great few days away with 2 kids accommodation was ideal really clean staff were very friendly

On arrival staff were pleasant paid 750e for 3 knights in a bungalow so called 2 bed room sleeps 6 very disappointed after paying 750e for 3 knights and had no bedding no towels and no dishcloths and no TV for that kinda money for 3 knights I was the least I'd expect could of done Spain hotel for a week for cheaper, WiFi is non existent and for that money I would off expected atleast one free go for each child on one of the rides, the aqua inflatables were v good but 94e for 4 kids for supposedly an hour was a bit much, other things were were about 5er a go but the q system was really bad set up closing the park at 9pm when there was 100s of kids playing there was. Not on my kids enjoyed it they really did most staff were brilliant in fairness special mention to calyn I think her was in the restaurant went above and beyond for my 10 year lad, I would return bit either prices have to come down on properties or supply the basic needs of properties and get decent WiFi for rainy days

Overall experience this was a third stay in hidden valley and it's getting better and better every time highly recommended super place super staff brilliant location

Where do I start. It was the best 2 days. There was 35 of us in total 15 adults 20 kids. We had the best time. Plenty for the kids to do. Cabins are perfect. Everything you need around you. Staff at the restaurant were super friendly. Can't wait to return next year

We have been going to Hidden Valley for 7 years straight, twice in one year as we went at Christmas which was just unbelievable, in all our 8 trips we have never had one bad thing to say, once u park your car you don’t need it until you are leaving, endless fun for all ages our kids are 14 now , restaurants/ bar / cinema ect, but one of the nicest parts for me was the staff every single staff were so lovely , and most helpful , we have never met a staff that wasn’t 100 cheerful and professional,

Our 4th time returning this time we stayed in a house. Really clean and staff excellent as always. Will always recommend Hidden Valley. was great having the new soft play area when it was raining also.

We spent 3 nites in a Boutique Lodge in Hidden Valley and it was our best visit yet. We usually camp but wanted a change. The lodges are just amazing, they have everything you need and are so warm and cosy. We had 2 lodges side by side and with 6 teenagers it was perfect. They didn't want to go home!.There was no wifi which was brilliant!, we played numerous board games and laughed and chatted every night. The staff on site are so friendly and helpful. We will definately be back.
