Bluebell Wood is a hidden gem, surrounded by nature, two fields from the road and perfect for seeing the dark skies Northumberland is renowned for. Our luxurious Touareg bell tents are carefully positioned in their dedicated areas to ensure ultimate privacy.

Mistletoe & Bluebell each sleep 4/5 persons, they are fully furnished with full-size double and single beds, bedside tables, a sideboard, wicker chairs, rugs and throws. You will find solar-powered lighting and a USB charger in your tent too.

In your dedicated area of Bluebell Wood, you'll find solar stake lights and pretty festoon lights, a private compost toilet with washbasin, an outdoor dining table and chairs, a fire pit and a BBQ.

In your tent, you'll find the beds made up with beautiful bedding ready for the number of guests staying. In the sideboard, you'll find everything you need, including a small cool bag, glasses, cups, plates, bowls, cutlery, chopping boards, tin opener, corkscrew, camping kettle and pans.

There is also a pizza oven and covered washing-up area to share between tents. Plus a little swing to entertain the kids.

We provide a fire pit pack, containing firelighters, kindling and logs for the first night of your stay. Plus drinking water, a flask of boiling water and complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and condiments in your tent.

We can also deliver breakfast and BBQ hampers and RAW (unpasteurized) milk, fresh from our dairy cows during your stay (additional charges apply).

We are an off-grid site, so starry nights are a given, but you'll not be left in the dark with solar-powered light and USB charger in your tent, plus solar stake lights and pretty festoon lights.

You'll not be short of things to do or places to go, with walks through fields and woodlands.

The local village has a fabulous gastro pub, which you can walk to over the fields.

There are pretty villages a plenty, including Corbridge a Roman village, and the Market town of Hexham with it's beautiful Abbey just 15-20mins away. Hadrian's Wall, and the forts of Coriosopitum and Chesters are less than 30 minutes away. The city of Newcastle upon Tyne, with its famous bridges, is just 20 mins away, and Durham with its breathtaking Cathedral, used in the Harry Potter films just a 45 min drive.

Finally, the Beamish Open Air Museum is a must-visit and is only 40 mins away.
