We had a wonderful time at hidden Valley. Our cabin was clean and the facilities were great! Most of the staff were really lovely particularly the ladies in the snack shack! They work unbelievably hard and were so kind. The new Aqua park is a triumph! The staff in reception were helpful but one girl with dark hair had the most dismissive tone and looks when dealing with families. Simple questions were an inconvenience for her & even when other staff were dealing kindly with a situation she got involved by commenting rudely or just giving withering looks. She did this instead of leaving other perfectly capable members of staff to deal with things and at the expense of serving other people in the queue. Such a shame because I know families who dealt with her directly may have come away with a different experience of Hidden Valley than it deserves because it's such an amazing place!

We have just stayed for our 4th time at hidden valley and we will definitely be back, I would however like to point out a few things were a little disappointing You advertise the activities that you buy the bands for as water balls, bumper boats, kayak, pedal boat and mini golf. The Water Balls are no longer there , this should not still be advertised.There was only 2 out of 6 bumber boats working - extremely disappointing as all the kids would have enjoyed this . 2 bumber boats not very much fun at all The mini golf course is filthy and not maintained at all, stones and debris all over the course . Should be kept clean and well maintained and repaired where needed when people are paying . And I do love that there is a curfew at night however, I do think 10pm ordering children back to tents etc is a little too strict, bright summer evenings kids love the ability to play out a bit later . Its a family campsite all families there to relax and let the kids enjoy their

We had a brilliant three nights stay, everything was so clean and tidy the on site facilities are the cleanest I have seen on any site, we stayed in a cabin which was spotless only complaint I would have was the shower was dripping which was just more annoying than anything really, the on site restaurant is absolutely fantastic and has a wide variety of foods the staff in the restaurant are all very polite and helpful l, we have been the last three years and will definitely be back again

Was disappointed this time around as the activities are much more time restricted in terms of when they run and also duration for some activities considering the cost of them. Noticed alot of the same staff run multiple activities so one would conclude this is why the few time slots available. Very few activities for afternoon/evening. Also noticed a considerable price increase across the board. Wouldn't recommend for families with kids 12 plus. Not much for them to do. The restaurant was a bit of a disaster this year. Alot of staff walking around aimlessly even though place was busy. One woman was doing all the work. Food came out all over the place eventhough starters were ordered on Sunday. We returned On the Monday night we waited 30 minutes for the kids main courses. 45 minutes for the starters, they came after main course. I was waiting 55 minutes for mine main course. We didn't return again.

Very friendly staff, food was very nice highly recommended

We had a brilliant weekend at Hidden Valley, great facilities, really well maintained and the staff were very friendly. I was particularly impressed with the security staff at night who were friendly with guests while still keeping it peaceful at night.

This is our 4th family holiday to Hidden Valley, Wicklow. Its a fab place and every time we go there's always something new added. Kids love it.

It's a nice park with lots of activities but I find it very expensive. Restaurant was also out of stock on various items when we went there.

Everything was great from staff to facilities to value for money

We had a great stay but one thing is you are paying a lot of money and can only check in at 4 which is late. And our lodge wasn’t ready until after 4 which was a bit disappointing
