Each pod consists of:
A kitchenette area – Equipped with sink, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and food preparation area. Crockery is provided along with life’s essentials including scissors, a bottle opener, corkscrew and can opener! We also provide 2 of each of the following: wine glasses, water glasses, plates, bowls, knives, forks, dessert spoons and teaspoons.
In the sleeping area you will find a super king bed. All bedlinen, including pillows and duvets, are supplied. You will also find an ensuite inside the pods, including a toilet, basin and shower with towels and complimentary toiletries.
Enjoy your meals at our compact table with dining chairs inside your cosy pod, or step outside to the patio area with table and chairs for your ‘brew with a view’ or al fresco dining when the British weather allows you to enjoy the sun and a BBQ. (Please note that BBQs are not provided but disposable BBQs are available to buy in the village)
Electric lighting, sockets and USB ports are provided in convenient positions throughout the pod. Additionally, our pods feature electric heating which you can adjust yourself for the perfect temperature all year round, Make sure you don't miss your favourite TV show on our wall mounted 32" TV screen with free view channels. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and most phone networks have 3G or 4G coverage in our area.
What to bring:
All you really need to bring is yourself and your holiday clothes; the rest is pretty much covered. Unlike many pod providers, our luxury glamping pods include all the essentials for basic self-catering.We’re only a 10 minute walk along a street-lit pavement into the village of High Bentham for supplies, with a Spar and Co-op that are both open until 10pm daily. Bentham offers 4 pubs, 2 Indian takeaways (1 is also a restaurant), a Chinese takeaway and a quintessentially English fish and chip shop.
Extras:
We work with local partners to provide hampers, bouquets of flowers or even champagne and chocolates if you’d like to indulge a special someone.

Lovely stay at Wenningdale Escapes again. The pods are a brilliant base to visit the Lakes and North Yorkshire.

Really enjoyed our stay, the pods are well appointed and top quality. A great place to stay nice and quiet with fantastic views. The staff in the clubhouse were brilliant. Would definitely recommend a stay.

Very clean & comfortable pod with a huge, comfy bed, situated on a golf course, with views of the nearby hills, the ultimate in relaxation. Perfect location with all amenities within a 10 minute walk. Fab choice for a weekend break.

I placed a booking request with ease,, arrived the pod was super clean bright made to perfection, the views were stunning, a little short walk to the local village 10mins away, everything you need for a relaxing stay, very peaceful The pod had all the comforts tea coffee milk I recommend the pod and the location Will book again

Great food first class service and a golf course in immaculate condition. The pod we stayed in was like a top quality hotel room, super comfortable with a great shower, and the magnificent view over the ninth hole. Throughout our stay all of the staff did all they could to make sure we had a great experience. The scenery in the area is stunning some lovely local villages to explore it's the perfect base for an active holiday with a few rounds of golf thrown in. I could not fault any aspect of our stay.

The pod we had was immaculate and had everything required for a 2-night stay. Easy access to the local town and use of the Golf Club.

Only 1 towel in room for 2 people staying, room was dirty not very clean, only enough condiments for 1 drink, wouldn’t return not good value for 200.00 for a short stay wouldn’t book again.

The accommodation was immaculate and had everything we could have needed. I really enjoyed my stay. The only reason I would hesitate to come back is it isn’t really a family friendly place. I had little kids with me and was conscious that the other visitors were older couples there to relax probably didn’t want my kids making a lot of noise etc. Heather was amazing! Made us feel really welcome and honestly put me at ease the day we arrived.
