We were very impressed on the cleanliness and how modern it all was- beautiful facilities in beautiful surroundings. Our only negative was that received an email the night before at 9.30pm to say they would have to cancel us due to a problem with the hot tub. Luckily it all worked out, but it was VERY stressful to find this out by email late at night. Customer service was overall great aside from that- I think in future, any problems should be addressed earlier and by phone.

We arrived very late due to traffic coming out of London yet they were understanding and ensured someone was on sight to help with our arrival and checking in. The dome was perfect, clean, tidy and an amazing experience with the panoramic glass front. The fire stove was perfect for evenings and was very easy to prepare as they did it for us the first time so we could see how to do it again. We had no disturbance from anyone, had complete peace and quiet. The surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful and clean. The jacuzzi was clean and perfect temperature, could not find a single thing broken or out of place. All the essentials were available to us. The facilities were perfect with a very nice communal kitchen, our own private shower/toilet aswell as a toilet in the dome. We did not do any activities in the surrounding area as we decided to stay in the dome. The times we did leave the dome to enjoy the sunshine it was per

Quiet idyllic location, but close enough to explore the edges of Dorset and Devon - welcoming host who showed us around. Impeccably clean and brilliant facilities - loved the hot tub. Barbecued the first night on the open fire and cheese and biscuits on the second night watching the sun set after a day exploring - Lyme Bay winery worth a visit (wine tasting at 10am!) as well as the Beer Quarry caves - both within a 40 minute drive; Beer town is quaint and of course Lyme Regis and West Bay. Highly recommended

We had lovely 2 nights in dome 1 which had the shower room and kitchen next door which was handy. Could easily park outside the dome. Private hot tub which was lovely, sadly first time using it was kept getting more and more black bits appear, I contacted Esther and she sent Mike down to have a look. A seal had gone, so it was rubber appearing, was a shame but thankfully we could still use. Nothing could be done else we wouldn’t have had a hot tub, and that’s one of the reasons I picked the hideaway. Nothing really around, we did attempt to walk to the pub, but because of the tight lanes and lots of tractors we gave up, as kept having to walk back to let them through. One thing that could be improved would be the fences between domes made a little higher and end further down. Felt we could see our neighbours a lot and they could see us. Also would have been nice if the pony’s were more in the field so we could have watched them. Over all lovely stay and lush get away. Would recommend.

"Glamping hoilday"

P Nock - Stayed with partner, Mar 2023

Staff were very friendly. The site was very clean, the shared kitchen and toilet was always clean. It was nice to see them come round every morning and check the hot tub. They gave us extra logs for the week. I would recommend this site.

We could not have been happier with our stay in one of the domes. Even for glamping there were so many amenities included, the log burner, hot tub, outdoor kitchen etc etc. The kitchen space was a great addition and made it so easy to sort meals as we were out of season. It was a great escape for a long weekend and great place to recharge the batteries..... we will be back!
