The Bedouin Bell Tent

Our Bedouin Bell Tent is a Huge six-meter diameter bell tent which sleeps two adults and up to four children, in the style of a Bedouin camp, with comfy scatter cushions, rugs, a double bed and fold out z beds for the children, each with their own toilet, shower & sink so no sharing facilities. The Bell Tent contains everything the pods do, including an outside decked seating area, all bedding, towels eating cooking and washing up equipment, communal brick built firepit, private hot shower room and flushing loo. The only difference is that even though still only 20 meters from the communal areas, the tent is hidden away in it's own special little wooded clearing, with secret passages that the children (and adults) will adore made out of Adams (the man of the house!) unique wood sculptures. The tent is completely off grid therefore no electricity, but if phones need charging etc, you are welcome to use our electricy in the house! We also have a laundry room for longer stays. The bell tent has an indoor wood burner as heating, plus a cooking station containing gas stove and BBQ, crockery, cutlery, pans, BBQ tools, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and bottled water (although all water onsite is drinking water). All bedding and towels are included. The tent also has a cool box, and guests are welcome to top up their ice containers in our freezer when needed!

Guests have full access to the 10-acre woodland where they can forage for wood and kindling. We also have deer, foxes, the occasional badger and resident owls which you can hear most nights. Ducks and chickens also roam freely. We have bats that live in the tree tops who you will see flitting about at dusk!
