Set ¼ of a mile on the outskirts of the chocolate box village Berrynarbor in North Devon sits Maytree Meadows Glamping, a bell tent, with undercover living quarters, where you can cook, BBQ and just chill out. The CLED shed is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, fridge freezer and all relevant utensils.
Sleep under canvas in a double bed, with comfortable home from home furnishings with 2 single beds to make the tent accommodate 4 people. The beds will all be made up so all you need to do is unpack your clothes.
There is an electric shower and toilet onsite exclusively for your comfort
A welcome pack of basics on arrival including a homemade cream tea, lemon cake and a tin of goodies to make s'mores around the fire pit.
You will have exclusive use of the site with parking, an orchard full of apple, pear, plum trees and if you are lucky there will be some homegrown tomatoes and other goodies available.
This is a glamp site where you can sit back, relax and press restart.
It offers beautiful views over Sterridge valley where you can watch birds of prey in their own habit fly over.
Sea views from the Bell tent and the meadow field.
Listen to the church bells chime, whilst watching the sunrise or the sunset.
Star gaze into the dark, deep night sky with unspoilt views.
It really will be a beautiful relaxing experience staying at our special site.
The village shop/post office is a short 10-minute walk away, for all your basic needs and supplies.
The Ye Olde Globe pub is a short walk and serves a number of local drinks and home cooked food. In fact, there are 4 other pubs that serve food and drink within walking distance so you will be spoilt for choice.
A mile away is the famous Broadsand Beach nicknamed little Thailand
There is a dog exercising field in the village plus a Boules pitch and playground.
Maytree Meadows Glamping is also a 20 minute drive to the famous Woolacombe beach ( we have 2 bodyboards you can use)
The Valley of the rocks and the Lynmouth to Lynton water powered steepest cliff railway also worth a visit and only a short drive away.
We are also on the North Devon cycle route.
