We stayed in one of the newer oak cabins, next to the Hideaways. These are beautiful. Very spacious, clean and well equipped. The shower is very powerful and hot. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The hot tub is a good feature too. We’ll definitely be staying here again, this was our 4th time visiting and we would highly recommend. The whole site is very friendly and the staff are excellent.

I stayed in a cabin, whilst my family stayed in caravans. The cabin was amazing, clean and cosy. Great fireplace to provide warmth, Comfy bed, clean bathroom with brilliant shower. Secluded away in a quiet spot. The whole site is perfect for a getaway and all staff are very friendly. The only thing that was a slight setback was having to pay for Wi-Fi separately. I can appreciate those camping and caravanning potentially would need to pay but for the cost of renting a cabin, I would have expected free Wi-Fi to be included. However this wouldn't deter me from coming back!

We enjoyed our stay in one of the Cabins. The area is peaceful and pretty. The cabin has a lovely outside seating area, but unfortunately the UK weather meant we couldn't sit out there all the time... it would be nice to have comfy seating inside rather than sitting on the bed. If you plan to prepare food- you have a microwave and hob only, but cutlery etc is provided! Overall we enjoyed our stay but would only book again of indoor seating was updated.

We arrived late and missed the reception being open, we had notified them prior to leaving our home town and were given excellent instructions for getting into our cabin. We did struggle around the park to find the cabin but a kind gentleman came to help us.The cabin was clean and welcoming, the milk in the fridge was a good surprise. We were amazed to see so much wildlife, rabbits, hares, owl, deer, and even heard a fox. It was a great and welcome surprise to find the bar and food hut. Everyone was very helpful.

We were very impressed with our whole visit from start to finish. Checking in was quick and easy. We soon found our designated parking space and it was just a very short walk to our cabin - although the map did make it look longer! We stayed in an Oakwood Cabin and everything was perfect! It was lovely and clean, everything provided including a dog bed and bowl (although we had taken our own), we’d taken all of our food with us and there was ample fridge and cupboard space. Crockery, cutlery, utensils etc all included along with washing up liquid, sponge and a few tea, coffee and sugar sachets. The bed was very comfortable and shower room more spacious than expected. We had scoped out the local area before we went so already had some good dog walks planned. It was the perfect location with fantastic amenities for a few days away with our dog for my husband’s birthday.

We stayed in a cabin for first time after visiting the park on numerous times with our touring caravan.the facilities on the park are very clean, plenty of dog friendly places to go for walks, staff are friendly and very helpful.woodhall itself has plenty of amenities.we liked the abbey lodge pub about half a mile outside the village lovely food .The cabin itself was very clean and tidy all you need for a short stay.personally we could have done with somewhere to hang our clothes and fold up chair to sit on as we are getting on a bit in life lifting a suitcase on and off the bed can be a little awkward sometimes .We enjoyed our stay at the park as we always have done would recommend it for both tourers and campers

We stayed in one of the new Cabins for 2023. All new and amazingly nice, it just needs a couple of things. There's a double plug point on the wall at the bottom end of the bed but nothing to put phones or personal belongings on. So phones and personal items all ended up on the kitchen counter. It could do woth either a floating shelf or a shelf a like the one in the bathroom on that wall. We were only there 2 days but still there's no where to put clothes so we were juggling clothes in our suitcase on the floor. A small rail or draws under the bed for a few things would really help. But overall I'd definitely go again and we're currently looking at dates!
