The location was great albeit very windy ! We stayed in a yurt which was very spacious and warm . It did leak a little with heavy rain in areas . The site was lovely and clean and i regularly saw the staff cleaning in the shower rooms . The showers themselves were ok however I didn’t like the start/ stop function. I prefer to have constant running water . The soft play area was great and my 6 yr old throughly enjoyed it , the staff in the bar were not all friendly, in fact one of them was quite rude however overall we enjoyed our stay and felt the price was reasonable for what it was, we would probably return in summer months

All the staff were friendly and welcoming.- No fire starter pack on arrival, when we raised this we were given one - matches aren't provided but should be!- Entertainment facility is great and decorated to a high standard and we visited the first night.- Night two, upon ordering at the bar we were told it was closed to us as there was a private function and we needed to sit in the room next door. I understand there may be private functions at times, but if we had known this in advance (i.e at check in), we would have made arrangements to go somewhere else for the evening (we also didn't see any signage on the door) and whilst there is a TV and it may be ok for the home owners every now and again, it was extremely disappointing.- On returning home a friend who stayed earlier in the year had the same experience, may be a notice to say closed and a free drink to short-term stayers would avoid any ill feeling.- Showers are free and there is good, clean toilet/shower faciility

Think the menu should have lighter bites on. I was overfaced even though the food was delicious. Alot of waste. Toilet block wasn't as clean as last time sinks need a clean behind the taps. Bed needs a hoover in the yurts.Positives lovely play area nice friendly staff.

Loved the Yurt,so cosy and warm,even during the Babett storm!Easy to get to by bus.Location for walks to Haworth,Oxenhope and Cullingworth and buses to Hebden Bridge.Staff very friendly and helpful.Toilet/shower blocks spotlessly clean and warm.Price for food/bar reasonable and customers chatty and welcoming.Price perfect,4 nights in Yurt,low season,was £120, for 4, there was 2 of us , no problem at all.

We had a fantastic stay at Upwood, the yurt was clean, beds comfortable and log starter pack was amazing. The restaurant on-site was fantastic, food amazing and the entertainment at night was really enjoyable. The only improvement I would suggest is a beauty station for the toilet area, some were to dry/straighten hair and get ready. Otherwise fantastic stay, cannot wait to go back.

The time spent at upwood was amazing we hit the weather too, we stopped in a yurt which was massive for us and our dog , plenty wood for the log burner and loved the the outside picnic table too . Toilets and showers are but three minutes away and are very clean and has music piped in too , bed was comfy sides were a bit wider than most but that’s to accommodate the storage , only down sides were on storage bit was loose when we arrived and heater tripped the plug so due to weather didn’t need it anyway. Also people in the other yurt had dogs and it’s a keep them on a leash policy which they didn’t and nearly attacked my dog but other than that the views are pretty awesome the park is awesome and I would definitely recommend going to upwood

Great little campsite. It was good value for money. Toilet facilities and showers were very clean. All staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful about the local area. Our children enjoyed the outdoor play area and the inside games room. The only thing that let it down slightly was the opening hours of the club bar as were unable to order food until 5pm. A lovely stay and we would recommend to others.

Stayed in a yurt. Very clean and all the amenities were excellent. Found the check in quick and easy and although we didn’t use the pub/restaurant it looked really nice. The toilets and shower blocks were spotless. It felt a very safe campsite. Did plenty of walking. Fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you
