Accepted Galloway Point Holiday Park is situated less than a mile from the popular unspoilt coastal village of Portpatrick, in the Southwest corner of Scotland. Overlooking the Irish Sea, the Park enjoys panoramic views taking in the distant Mountains of Mourne.
New for 2018, our Chalet pods sited in a beautiful location within the park. Each luxury Chalet sleeps 2 persons and has an en-suite with shower, T.V in the lounge and kitchen facilities include toaster, kettle, microwave, dishes, saucepans, cutlery and glasses. On top of that, your luxury Chalet Pod has private decking with a bbq area at the side and a parking space for 1 car.. BBQ is provided (bring your own charcoal) Bed linen is also provided, however please note towels are not provided.
Don’t fancy cooking? Galloway Barn Restaurant is a short walk from the Chalets, serves beautiful home cooked meals at very reasonable prices, has large selection of beers, wines and spirits. Pods are fab. Second time staying & we enjoyed just as much as the first. Also have to add, my husband was unwell & they went out of their way to amend our booking. Looking forward to going back again. Def recommend

Quiet, immaculately clean site- helpful staff. Within walking distance of the village. Nice pub just across the road from the site.

An absolutely fantastic peaceful, exceptionally clean (to the highest of standards) well kept site. The site managers Annette & Ian are always on hand for any questions and/or help. They both should be commended for their hard work and commitment to the wonderful site. The Galloway Barn is lovely with great food and atmosphere alongside the staff are fantastic and efficient too! This is the best site we have visited and that's why we continue to return each time only to be pleasantly surprised that it's still the same standards so thank you for that.

My stay was amazing.The pod has everything you could think of.The playground has been updated since the last time I was there and it is fantastic.

Site spotless, staff 5 star ,pod just what we needed for our 4 days break Only downside was the clubhouse although I know it doesn't belong to the park, the smell of fat was overwhelming ,they need extractors as clothes stank when going back to pod Staff in clubhouse great especially the twins x

We’ve been going to this location for over 40years and it’s still as good as the first time. We’ve stayed at Galloway point a few times and it’s got better every time.First time in a Pod this time, while kids and grand kids were on the site next door, safe & secure area for kids to play and explore. (Be prepared for all seasons weather, wellies, umbrellas, sun hats and sun cream/swimming suits) and you can’t go wrong.10/10 for site facilities & Pods.
