Dolbryn is a peaceful family campsite, situated in the heart of the Teifi Valley, perfect for a glamping break in beautiful West Wales. We are less than two miles from the lovely market town of Newcastle Emlyn and we're ideally situated to explore the very best that wonderful West Wales has to offer. You'll always have a warm welcome here at Dolbryn, where we hope you will enjoy our peaceful and secluded spot with acres of woodland, lakes, vineyard and wild flowers.
Our Haf and Blodyn large glamping pods are insulated to keep you toasty and have fully lockable French doors. They come equipped with a double bed and two single bunks. Each glamping pod has electrical sockets for your gadgets, as well as a small heater and a kettle. There is a spacious balcony outside for cooking and we provide a camp kitchen cupboard for all your cooking essentials.
The large pod sleeps two adults and two children (up to age 16) in a double bed and two single bunks. There is some additional floor space in the large pods that could be suitable for a travel cot or small airbed for an additional child. In this case, you will need to bring additional camp beds/bedding with you. The glamping pods are located in the corner of the Pines field; close to a drinking water tap and just a short walk to the main shower and toilet facilities.
Glamping at Dolbryn offers brilliant facilities like free hot showers, a disabled and family WC/Shower room, a rustic barn bar, laundry, doggy day kennel, fishing lake and more. You will need to bring your own bedding (including bottom sheet, pillows and duvet/sleeping bags), towels and cooking equipment (including cooker).
Sorry, but we don’t allow pets inside the glamping pods.
We do have utensil boxes for hire, which include pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery and other cooking essentials (no cooker). These cost £10 for your stay (with a £10 refundable deposit). We also have a travel cot available. If you’d like to reserve either then do let us know.
The children won't be bored here at Dolbryn either. We believe in free-range children who can roam in our wild spaces. They can make dens, splash in the stream, explore the woodland and play hide and seek. They can visit and feed our site animals and we run family events throughout the year.
Dolbryn is close to many beautiful beaches along the West Wales coast and most are less than an hour’s drive away. Some of our favourites include Tresaith, Mwnt, Newgale Sands, Whitesands and Cefn Sidan.

Lots of care has been put in to the site. Has everything we needed anc pod was the perfect balance betwwwn camping anc comfort. Felt safe. My son LOVED the animal feeding .I loved the setting with all the little quotes and pathways, beautiful vineyard anc my son loved the rope swing. Thank you for a lovely stay xxx

Very lovely family run business. Facilities are extremely clean 5*. Little shop on site. Lovely playground for the kids.Feeding the animals is very fun for the kids Will definitely be returning.

The fridge in the pod was very noisy and unfortunately I'm a very light sleeper. Apart from that we loved our stay especially the family bingo night X kids loved it.

We adore going to Dolbryn, it is a how a proper campsite should be! No expensive shows or rides, a quiet site with a lake for the kids to go fishing and if you don’t have rods don’t worry to can hire them, at a very reasonable cost! A small bar with dartboard and pool table and honestly it is such a friendly site. They have a few animals and for the animal lovers and early risers, you can feed them at 9am we love it!!! Chilled, relaxing site. No phone and wiffi sighnal in the small valley, but can pay for a premium site.... All back to family basics, lovely get away. X

We stayed in 'Haf' the family glamping pod - it was ideal for us family of 4, clean, all the things we needed minus bedding, cooker and cooking items - but that's exactly what we wanted to get us eased into camping. Great facilities, play area, on-site bar, shop and farm animals to help feed in morning. Highly recommend.

I was kindly given a 2 night stay in a pod at Dolbryn for a leaving gift, with my three children. I can’t speak highly enough of the campsite, it was so neat and clean, the facilities were excellent and they had clearly thought of everything, and it all came across as wanting to give you the best experience possible. They were very friendly and helpful and I would definitely go back and I have already recommended them. Thank you!

Very clean facilities with friendly helpful staff the kids loved the feeding of the animals, the lovely little playground was brilliant will definitely be booking to stay again soon.

It is beautiful and peaceful. My son loved feeding the animals in the mornings. I could relax while he was in the park knowing he wasn't far away, and everyone looked out for each other.
