About 8 foreigners and 2 dogs had spread themselves around our pod, and parked their car on our side of it. They did move the car, so we could get ours in. Inside, we were dying for a cup of tea after our journey and were disappointed to find no cutlery or crockery provided. I don't think it was an unreasonable to assume they would be there, having seen a kettle and toaster in the picture on the website. Also, other glamping venues I have stayed at did provide the basics - mugs, spoons, cereal bowls, etc. You could make if much clearer on your website what is, and is not, provided. At least we will know, if we come again. Wifi code was not easy to find. The toilet and shower facilities were good, and clean. It would be handy to have a map/labelling of which water sources are for drinking. The food in the clubhouse was OK, although sitting inside was uncomfortably hot. At least we could cool off with a dip in the lake. Staff were friendly and helpf

It does retain the heat, so on warm nights we had to open the door and window for a while before retiring to bed. We took an electric ring for cooking but it kept tripping the trip switch so could do with incresing the current 10 amp supply. There was plenty of parking space. My only real criticism was the toilet shower block. More toilets and showers are needed. I frequently had to queue and because of the heavy demand the toilet/shower block quickly got dirty even though they were cleaned twice a day.

The manager is very abrupt and even more ignorant to Disabilities and children with behaviour issues. We had a complaint of children being loud and explained about the disabilities among the group and she responded with "its not good enough or exceptable" so maybe she could do with some training in Inclusion so that this doesn't upset or anger future families. We are gutted that they are not allowing us to camp with then again as it is such a lovely place for all family members. We were also accused of leaving our pod dirty and leaving dog prints, I cleaned the pod to my best ability ie wiped sides with dettol but unable to clean floor as not broom etc and I do not own a dog at this point I feel Alex was just trying to make excuses to not allow is to return. The matter of inclusion will be taken further and reported where needed as I will not have my son treated in this manner.

The glamping pod was stunning and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the campsite. We had beautiful weather so it felt like we were away on holiday. Other campers were so kind and friendly with all the children sharing toys and inflatables with each other. My little boy said it was his favourite holiday and he can not wait to visit again!

Would of been good to have been warned if it did trip where the box was located!! No cutlery at all so even though kettle we could not make a hit drink.

We love everything about croft farm its wonderful. The lake offers fabulous fun fir messing about on the water. Things that would improve our stay would be notice if the restaurant is not available. We had planned pizzas for kids on last night but were told it was not an option when we arrived at 6pm due to a school booking. This was just a bit of hassle as we had to order a delivery which meant hungary kids waiting another hour for food. Also may be a vending machine for sweets or snacks out of hours. A broom in the pods to sweep through would mean they would be kept free of dirt or grass. Aside of that we absolutely love Croftfarm its a best kept secret only 45 minutes from midlands/home. Csnt wait to go back.
