Our peaceful holiday destination, in the heart of the Kent countryside has been owned by the Sunnucks family since 1963. The estate was a working farm until 2017 and now provides first class accommodation for visitors to this beautiful county. Being just an hour outside London our exceptional glamping pods provide the chance to experience the Kent countryside with many tourist attractions, castles and activities near by.

The six self-contained glamping pods are surprisingly spacious, almost Tardis-like, and are perfect for a romantic getaway, a weekend away with friends or, with our adventure playground, a perfect family spot you will find a wonderful experience waiting for you at Rankins Farm.

Each glamping pod is fully self-contained, well-insulated, and contains a double bed and sofa bed (sleeps 2 adults and 2 children under 15). Pods are equipped with an en-suite bathroom and a fitted kitchen, which includes a fridge with mini freezer compartment, electric hob, and a microwave. Underfloor heating is installed to ensure maximum comfort during your stay whilst overlooking our breath-taking scenery.

There is plenty of outdoor space with a communal gazebo, and pizza/wood burning oven know as "The Beast", a play area and a petanque pitch with the boule supplied in your pod. The giant chair is a favourite for your social media pictures!

We hope that we have catered for all your needs and that all you need to bring with you are your clothes and food, although you can arrange for supermarket deliveries to be made for after your arrival time.
