The chalet was clean and comfortable with good facilities. Some of the information pack was out of date so check train and bus timetables online. Could benefit from a coffee table.Local pub was good for a quick drink. Didn't try any of the local takeaways.Staff were very helpful and communications excellent.

A great location for our holiday as we planned to visit Stirling , Falkirk, Edinburgh, Glasgow & Loch Lomond. all within a reasonable drive, as the train station is a 10 minute walk away we took the train to Edinburgh .Glasgow Fort was a 5 minute drive with a good variety of places to eat. Bonus was being able to take the dog.
