Set within a 62-acre park in the heart of the Forest of Bowland and the Ribble Valley; just 2.5 miles from the rural village of Chipping and 9 miles from the historical market town of Clitheroe with its ancient 12th century Castle and vintage shops and tearooms.

Our Camping pods are a great way to experience the outdoors without the need for a tent. All you need to bring is your camping equipment, towels and bedding.

.

The pods sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. They are expertly designed and well insulated, so they remain cool in the summer and warm in the winter. A double glazed single main entrance door with curtain adds security, privacy and added comfort to the pod. Each pod comes equipped with a double electric socket to ensure guests can charge their devices and use small appliances.

We have 2 onsite shower/toilet blocks which are maintained to a high standard and can be used by guests during their stay.

There's also a small children's play park near to the pods for your children to have fun !

A mention to Simon who was very helpful in bringing more firewood even though the shop was closed! Thanks

"Great location"

Mr C Dawson - Stayed with friends, Sep 2022

We loved our stay here and I would have given it 5/5 if it wasn’t for the size of the pods. They comfortably sleep 2 but as a family of 4 we really struggled for space. They comfortably sleep 2 but as a family of 4 we really struggled for space. My advice is to book multiple pods if you can afford too. The setting is amazing, you are in the middle of nowhere and directly next to the wild boar park. The pods are really well soundproofed and fairly warm in the cold weather. The kids loved the playground and the connected woods. Thanks

We go here every year and always find the facilities clean and tidy. The location is fantastic, lovely countryside and nice modern cabins with outdoor table and fire pit. Will come back again next year😃

"A peaceful escape"

Mrs H Tofalos - Stayed with family, Jul 2022

The pods are more spacious than they look and we easily managed to fit a family of four plus bags. The shower block was very clean but the downside was that the toilets are in with the showers so we did have to wait a while in the morning rush. We cooked on the bbq and... The pods are more spacious than they look and we easily managed to fit a family of four plus bags. The shower block was very clean but the downside was that the toilets are in with the showers so we did have to wait a while in the morning rush. We cooked on the bbq and the shop at the wild boar park sells charcoal and wood for a camp fire. We booked tickets for the wild boar park and had a great weekend with plenty to keep our children entertained over two days. It’s so peaceful and we had visits from the peacocks and a hare at our pod. We will definitely return.

It felt really safe and private and we had a good view of the kids playing on the park from our pod. Great facilities and we were really impressed with the cleanliness of the toilet and shower facilities. It was quite chilly in the evening but it was great to get a fire going in stove provided. Would definitely go back again.
