The grounds / staff / facilities are all amazing. We booked a stay in a family pod for a Friday - Monday. The pod was well equipped and exactly as expected. The shower leaked done the side of the bathroom a little bit with water coming out under the radiator, but it was a minor insignificance. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and there was unfortunately a creature running across the roof allllll night. The birds and branches were not an issue but the constant running across the roof and then what sounded like chewing / burying. At first we thought it was in the pod but after putting the lights on we couldn’t see it inside and located it above the sink area. It’s nobody’s fault, wildlife is all around and I’m sure it’s been resolved now. It wouldn’t put us off returning but we did cut our trip short and only stayed the one night.

A very good jump off point for the areas I wanted to visit on the coast. 15 mins from Weymouth town centre. Beautiful surrounding country side. Nice cabin but I couldn't imagine being in there with the wife and 2 little girls. Should have brought an air fryer. Lost my key on the first night and got a hell of a telling off. My fault but a bit over the top. He apologized later so no harm no foul. All in all a very nice stay and I will definitely be back.

The pods were very comfortable. Daniel was very friendly and made our stay super. Even in the middle of the thunder storm there he was making sure everyone was ok and the power was back on! I totally recommend the lovely shop with fresh milk at the entrance.

There was no Access for Wheelchair or Mobiltiy scooter users to the camping pods, Ramps would be good on each pod.

It was our second visit & second time in a family pod. We have 2 children aged 9 and 5 and find the pod fantastic. The benefits of camping with the luxury of a hot shower and warm bedroom, kitchen area & tv! The kids love the park area, we love the food vans that come onto site. The pod uses space well, the double bed goes up in the daytime. There is ample cupboard space to unpack , the only only thing o would say is the pod could benefit from a few hooks for coats / towels etc . Staff are amazingly friendly and we love the shop & the local produce.

Daniel and his staff are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We have stayed in our own caravan and in one of the camping pods. The facilities are well looked after and cleaned regularly. The weekend entertainment is always so good and the visiting food suppliers are a welcome break from self catering. The site is conveniently placed for Weymouth, Portland and all of the surrounding area. The local beaches are clean and easy to access. We thoroughly recommend Higher Moor Farm.
