Despite Ribblesdale Park being a lovely site, our stay was very much soured by various maintenance issues. On the first evening we had no hot water and had to call maintenance to attend and resolve.Later that evening the hot water went again and my daughter had to endure a cold shower. Our dog was really struggling due to the heat of the lodge, it was then that I found our radiator was red hot in the largest bedroom, I was unable to turn it off. Maintenance eventually turned up again at 12.30am and identified the radiator was on an electric circuit, found a switch to turn it off, the lodge eventually cooled around 2.30am.The maintenance guy resolved a thermostat that wasn't working and again resolved the lack of hot water, he did suggest they would need to send a Gas engineer in the morning though to check the boiler. I was contacted next morning to be advised they couldn't get a Gas engineer to attend during our stay. Other issues included the lack of an advertised bath.

It was the first time we have stayed at Riddlesdale Park it was a lovely peaceful park very clean and well set out you can go for walks around the grounds where you see the lovely peacocks and deer. The lodge I would give 10/10 it was spotlessly clean very modern and well set out and the hot tub was a bonus. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying there

We have been visiting Ribblesdale Park for 5 years now since our children were little and have always enjoyed our trips to the site. We stayed in a three bedroom lodge this time and it was immaculate. The site is so peaceful and relaxing, and we always feel refreshed coming home. Lovely to see some familiar staff faces, and say hello. The location is ideal for trips to local places of interest. This time we visited billy bobs parlour and the boys loved it especially the ice cream! We also went on the train at Bolton abbey and visited the bowling alley at nearby Gisburn. Overall another great trip and we look forward to our next visit.

Lovely little place set in beautiful surroundings full of wildlife and views. Stagg were friendly and attentive. Lodge was clean and facilities of the restaurant and outdoor pool a total bonus. Great value on weekday offer

Located in a beautiful peaceful area the site is immaculate. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The lodge itself was lovely and clean. The kitchen had all the items we needed to cook meals, we even had a full on Sunday roast. We ate breakfast and dinner at Hindellinis, food was delicious and I would highly recommend. We also booked a massage therapist who is mentioned on the website, she was amazing! We visited Clitheroe which is a lovely little town and also went for a walk on the Pendle witches statue trail. But most of our time was spent in the lodge chilling in the hot tub and socialising with the resident peacocks and deer!! I look forward to returning!

Great break with the family at half termJust what we needed and the kids loved roaming around the beautiful surroundings They loved the peacocks and deer - especially how up close and personal they gotOnly small gripe is the wifi was very hit and miss all week...and with a 6 & 8 yr old that caused some tension with Netflix buffering hahaBut other than that - everything was great
